Troubled

Just as she thought things couldn't possibly get worse a thick dense mist started to seep out from amongst the tombstones.

It rose steadily highlighting the far side of the graveyard.

Moss and vines grew everywhere and was it her imagination or did the vines look like they were slowly creeping towards them.

Zyra slowly turned around, she got the feeling like she was being watched but when she turned the flashlight in that direction there was nothing there.

Kaizen continued to lead the way as they walked past crumbled tombstones.

There was more moisture in the air the further they walked.

The ground was damp beneath their feet but not too muddy.

The path led up to a door, Kaizen opened it and rats came pouring out.

Zyra let out a little scream but a look from Kaizen silenced her.

They had no way of knowing if these were normal rats or ones being manipulated by the ratbeasts.
