Chapter 2 The Demon's Kiss

Looking at the man who suddenly knelt on one knee and kissed the back of her hand, Elena was frightened. She quickly pulled her hand back and moved backward, trying to keep away from him.

After calming down, Elena looked around the room and didn't see any door on the wall.

Olvido looked at the frightened Elena and smiled. Unconsciously, a smile appeared on his face.

In Elena's eyes, the smile seemed to be ill-intentioned. When she finally calmed down, she panicked again.

"My fiancée is so cute. I want to make fun of her," he thought. So he walked towards Elena.

Looking at approaching Olvido, Elena turned around and found that there was no way.

Elena was frightened. In a panic, Elena grabbed the book beside her and threw it to Olvido. Her eyes were full of fear for Olvido.

Olvido reached out to take the book thrown at him and stopped. He pulled a chair over from his side, sat down slowly, opened the book in his hand, and began to read.

The room was quiet. The sunlight shone on Olvido through the window. At this time, he looked like a painting. He was so quiet and could not be disturbed, which made Elena gradually put down her fear of him.

Elena took a deep breath and said to Olvido, "What the hell do you want?"

"What do you think?" Olvido raised his head and looked at Elena. His sapphire-like eyes were as quiet as a lake, which reflected Elena's figure.

Elena met Olvido's eyes and looked at herself in his eyes. At that moment, she seemed to be absorbed in his eyes. The coldness gradually climbed up to Elena's body. A gust of wind blew outside the window. Elena came to her senses and tidied up her clothes.

"You said I am your fiancée, but I don't have any memory of my fiancé. Do you have any evidence to prove that I am your fiancée?" The coldness aroused by Olvido hadn't subsided yet. At this time, Elena plucked up the courage to try to calm down, but her voice was still a little trembling.

Hearing Elena's words, Olvido burst into laughter. He stood up, walked to Elena, stopped in front of her, took up her hand with the ring, put his hand with the ring in front of Elena, and said, "This is the evidence, my dear fiancée."

Elena looked down at the pure black ring on her finger, and then looked at the silver ring on Olvido's finger. The rings were of the same style.

'He is indeed my fiancé.' This thought flashed through Elena's mind. Elena has completely immersed in the thought that the handsome man in front of her was her fiancé.

Olvido lowered his head and slowly approached Elena. As soon as she woke up, she saw Olvido's face. She pushed him away from a few steps, but she fell out of the window because she used too much strength and lost her balance.

The wind was so loud that Elena could hear it. She was getting farther and farther away from the window.

"What should I do? I'm going to fall off the building and die like this. Whoever can save me, no matter who it is?"

Elena was so scared and desperate that tears were rushing out. At this time, two arms suddenly held Elena's waist. The wind around her ears disappeared and was replaced by the sound of her heart beating.

Elena felt the warm, powerful, and secure hands on her body. She looked up at the man named Olvido.

Looking at Olvido, Elena thought that he might be the prince who saved the princess. Her hero, with a red flush on Elena's face, her heart beat faster and faster, and her heart was no longer under the control of Elena.

Olvido reached out to wipe the tears on Elena's face, put her on the ground, and stood firm. Then he loosened his grip on Elena and took a few steps back.

Elena looked at Olvido, who looked completely different from what she had seen at the beginning. Now he had a pair of blood-red eyes, horns, and huge wings with black light.

Now Elena didn't feel afraid of Olvido under the demon shape anymore. He saved her like a hero!

Olvido felt lucky to have caught this reckless bride. It seemed that she was freaked out today.

Olvido lowered his head and kissed Elena's forehead. Clumsy as he was, he didn't know how to comfort her. However, when he was a child, his mother would kiss his forehead when he was sad, and his sadness disappeared. He thought that maybe this could comfort Elena.

Olvido turned around. The black fog dispersed from his body and gradually disappeared in front of Elena.

Looking at the place where Olvido disappeared, Elena felt empty in her heart and a little depressed.
