Meeting Mr Justin

Amberle walked into the Wright real estate company looking very flustered. She was amazed by how big it was and it was way more bigger than she expected.

She checked her time and noticed she was one hour early so she decided to take a short tour around the place. She stared at the sections of the building and they were all beautiful, the workers were also not left out. She felt like she belonged there just by walking down the halls and deep down she could feel her connection to this place, even right from the moment she walked in.

"Good morning ma'am, please can you show me Mr. Justin's office. I am supposed to have an interview with him in the next thirty minutes," she inquired from a lady that walked past her. The lady was beautiful with a lovely smile and Amberle felt she could reason with her.

" Ohh, you're here for the job of a personal assistant to Mr Joseph," the lady replied mockingly. " Well let's hope you last and that is even if you get chosen for the job," the lady mocked further making Amberle infuriated.

" Don't listen to her sweet pea, his office is just down this lane. It is the last office down here and it has a very large door, you won't miss it if you keep going down," A guy who had noticed the entire scene said, as he noticed how embarrassed she was feeling.

" Thanks," Amberle replied with a nod and she began to walk in the direction that he had directed her to.

" You're welcome dear, I'm Frank and I hope you get the job," He said to her but she was so lost in her thoughts that she didn't hear him and continued walking.

" Whatever Frank, she's not going to get the job anyway. Did you see the number of girls that were interviewed yesterday? Some even looked better than her and they didn't get the job," the lady whined.

" It doesn't cost you anything to be nice and we don't know what might happen,"  Frank replied angrily before walking out on her.

Amberle continued walking down as Frank had directed and it seemed like it was never-ending, she instantly regretted not looking for it earlier and she didn't want to be late because she got lost in the company. She couldn't bear to think of the embarrassment. Luck smiled at her when she saw the huge door Frank had told her about.

She stood in front of the door, adjusted herself and she was ready for whatever will happen. She knocked on the door slightly and she heard a voice say come in.

She opened the door to see a man sitting with a file in his hands and signs of frustration on his face. She knew he must be the Mr Justin that she was expecting to see so she silently cleared her throat and tried to find her voice.

" Good morning Mr Justin, I'm here for the interview. I was supposed to meet you for it," She said as he stared at her without blinking which made her uncomfortable.

" Your interview is not supposed to happen until the next twenty minutes Miss," Justin replied flustered but still maintaining his gaze. He knew he was making her uncomfortable but he wanted to try to know how comfortable she would be under Joseph.

" I know sir, I just wanted to be here early," She replied, straightening herself up, refusing to be intimidated by his looks.

" Okay miss, let's start," Justin responded, quite impressed by how she suddenly became more confident in herself.

" Miss Amberle Jones," Amberle corrected and Justin was awed.

Joseph lay on his bed feeling very tired from the all-night meeting he just concluded. He was not a fan of Creatfill city and he couldn't wait to be back in town with his brothers.

He knew Justin would be trying his possible best to get him a personal assistant but he knew it was not going to last. No one could stand his heat and no one will melt him if that's what his brother is planning to do which he suspected.

He remembered looking at his father in the hospital and he surely did not want to end up like him, lonely and bitter but deep within him, he knew he was heading in that direction and nothing would bring him back so he was ready to accept his fate.

His mom's abandonment lingered around him and it was always a devastating memory, he wondered where she was and if she had forgotten about them which he felt she had. He tried to get her out of his head but her words to protect his brothers were what he had always held on to. He wondered why she would leave them to suffer in the hands of a tyrant like their father and he blamed her for every hit or punch he and his brother got.

His thoughts were interrupted by a phone call.

" What have you found out?" He inquired, as he picked up his phone.

" What!! They will surely pay for what they have done. Maintain a low profile and find out more, we need all the information we can get," he said before dropping his phone.

" These guys messed with the wrong family,"  He spoke angrily as he kicked the table beside his bed.

He knew war was coming and he was ready to face all his battles one after the other. He had nothing to lose, no weakness apart from his brothers, and they sure as hell can take good care of themselves so he is ready to attack with his full strength and without relent.

" They are going to regret messing with me, my brothers and even daring to touch my tyrant father," Joseph screamed angrily. Different thoughts ran through his mind. He was ready to face them and this time without pity or any form of remorse.

" Let the games begin," Joseph mumbled as his breaths accelerated.
