In less than a half minute, a group of men and women who had previously lived their lives was now a piece of broken limbs that had been piled up in the middle of the street by living corpses who had torn them apart.
A distance of one hundred meters was sufficient for the pungent odor of crickets to completely fill the air.
Nevertheless, given the nature of the feast, these hungry living corpses should have been able to put everything else aside and begin to take pleasure in themselves.
But it didn't!
Not only did these living corpses not care about their own flesh and blood, but instead they dragged these corpses into the black mist with great tacit understanding, leaving behind a long and narrow blood trail on the ground!
What on earth are they up to?!!
Alex was taken aback when he saw that they gradually carried away the accumulated corpses, leaving only a few zombies to lick and clean up the minced meat and blood that had been spilled on the ground.
It would appear that he is putting the pieces of the puzzle back together in order to set up the next challenge for the adversary.
Are these zombies still prone to the practice of hoarding food supplies?
It's not even close to being that straightforward!
I can't help but wonder if the Doomsday-Virus is causing Alex's subconscious to become active and leading him to believe that these living corpses have an incredible taste.
I still have a healthy dose of his insatiable curiosity, and I can't help but want to find out the truth behind these zombies' peculiar behaviors.
Alex had actually allowed Alex to walk out of the car, and he was unable to prevent himself from stopping in the middle of the road to stare at a few dead bodies that were lying in the dark street ahead of him with a chilling expression.
It was only natural for the living corpses to take notice when a human was seen again after having been presumed dead.
Huh!
As soon as they caught sight of Alex, they let out another beastly roar and dashed in his direction.
Nonetheless, they halted in locations that were less than ten meters away from Alex at most. They are only allowed to hover around this edge because moving even a half step forward exposes them to ultraviolet sunlight, which could potentially cause them harm.
They were unable to capture prey that was close by, which made them even more manic and caused them to make a creaking sound that sounded like cold hair.
Alex, who maintained his blank expression, moved closer to examine these zombies and noticed how distinct they were from others they had previously seen.
He is also so ugly, fierce, and cruel that he is able to put almost any insult in the dictionary on them. He can call them whatever they want.
At this time, the previous brain was revealed, and the tongue had a long and narrow shape, allowing it to hurl a mutant live corpse ten meters away while it was approached quietly from the side.
Its eyes just barely locked in on Alex's position with its crimson light, and the corners of its mouth are slightly curved, like facial expressions only owned by humans; it is emitting a strange smile!
Huh!!
Suddenly!
It suddenly opened its mouth wide, spat out a long, thin tongue with sharp barbs, and hurled it at Alex as quickly as an arrow could be released from its string!
He intends to employ the same strategy as in the past in order to ensnare this dummy of a human with his tongue and dragged him off into the night!
This time, the mutant zombie is aiming his pointed tongue at Alex's neck, and he intends to strike him directly!
The tongue moved very quickly back and forth. Having the realization that it would soon go through Alex's neck!
Huh!
Instantaneously, it appeared as though Alex had been conditioning himself, because he raised his arm at a speed that was invisible to the naked eye, and then clenched his palm!
This thorny tongue, which resulted in him being caught in his hands...
The zombie's neck was within touching distance of the mutated zombie's spiked tongue, which was less than a finger's length away.
