Chapter-41

At this time, Alex's pupil, which had been abnormally dim for some time, gradually returned to normal, which represented his reason to regain control of his body.

In point of fact, he enjoys these seemingly random shifts in his emotional state, which give the impression that he has more than one personality. When it is calm, it is calm, and when it is violent, it is violent. Neither state can be changed.

On the other hand, if you let your emotions get the best of you at the wrong times and push things too far, it could result in outcomes that you would rather not experience.

Alex walked up to the three zombies that were already dead and proceeded to smash and swallow each of their heads in turn. He did not have to worry about getting repulsive blood stains on his clothes because the clothes were also woven from Doomsday-Viruses and they would completely absorb any blood that was spilled on them.

However, this time Alex has left behind these three crystals in a grey colour.

One of them can be presented at the entrance to the fort in exchange for a ticket in order to learn more about the chilly location of the body.

The other two can be bartered in order to acquire the materials that you require from the market.

Alex, who had initially gotten the spar that he desired, had the option to leave; however, the scenes in which the corpse was seen carrying food made him stand out in people's memories.

Did the intelligence of living corpses really evolve and produce a social system that even the exiles who lived during the end of the world are embarrassed by?

People can't help but feel creeped out when they think about living corpses that are more powerful than the majority of human beings, beginning with the first shot fired with a firearm to start the zombie uprising. Thinking about this can't help but make people uncomfortable.

Does this give humans the ability to live?

Alex made the executive decision to keep going deeper into the neighbourhood, follow the blood trails left by the bodies that were lying on the ground, and observe the behaviour of the ghosts that were only supposed to have animal instincts.

After taking a few deep breaths, he covered his face with the dark hood and disappeared into the shadows. Even his own breath was difficult to detect when it was on his body.

Alex continued to move deeper into the foreboding commercial street as he followed the blood trails left behind by the dead bodies. He hid himself by hiding behind scrap cars that were parked along the street.

Alex had not travelled very far before discovering additional anomalies, and he did not travel very far.

I noticed that every few streets away, there would be one or two living corpses that were just standing there like a piece of wood, and they did not move at all.

They seem to be sleeping while standing up!!!

Do not! Even though it was dark, their eyes continued to emit a crimson light, and they occasionally looked around.

It's more like a watchtower than anything else!

Because of this, Alex is convinced that you ought to investigate the interior!

In what way does existence manifest itself? will cause these living corpses to lose their original instinct to drink blood and cause them to transport food further underground.

At this point, Alex was like a natural born assassin, and he approached stealthily without making a sound or releasing a breath. When the distance between them reached those "sentinels" that were within his range of attack, he suddenly struck the opponent with a blow to kill them!

Fortunately for Alex, his adversary's intelligence has not progressed to the point where they can construct a dark whistle; if they had, he would have been discovered when he first killed the sentry.

Unfortunately, in order to destroy the past, he relied on a method that was both covert and laborious.

Alex did not make a hasty effort to eliminate the past in its entirety because he did not consider himself to be so conceited as to believe that he could take on a horde of tens of thousands of zombies all by himself.

As he continued to strangle people, almost to the point where he reached the middle of this commercial street, the number of live corpses started to gradually increase.

When Alex saw the zombies deep in the street of the living dead, rather than wandering aimlessly like the version shown in the movie, he sat down in any seatable position like a human and pretended to take a nap and rest?!!

They are also able to rest and maintain their strength during times when there is no food!

Alex even witnessed a group of zombies huddled together, each with an incomprehensible roar emanating from their mouths. You addressed me in a way that suggested you were greeting and conversing with one another. Is this how the zombies communicate with one another? ...

In a nutshell, the presence of such a large number of zombies lends this place an air of order that can only be found in human societies!

Alex also saw the zombies at this time who had carried food in the past, and they brought the food inside of a tall building that had previously been used as a trade building. There were no other zombies around for them to compete with for the meat they were holding.

When Alex looked at the building, he perceived an immediate threat, which caused his hair to frizz out, and then it occurred to him...
