Hughes purpose fully raised his voice trying to satisfy himself and showing his knight order has some importance for Saint
When Hughes said that there healers and Knights following him were visibly proud of themselves

Devil priests are different! Devil Priest needs to be atleast intermidiate Cultists and should be above Tier 4
Followed by intermidiate and high Devil Priest, they are Tier 5 and 6, Bishops are Tier 7 and Arch Bishops are usually Tier 8
And at top ranks are Devils, they are summoned by Cultists and Devil priests and have high standing in Cult
Followed by 7 Devil Kings while two have been killed by you they are still worshipped like Apostles by cult members
And above all is Devil God! ]
Klaus listened to explaination and smiled then looked at Rudy who had panicked face 'So the peoples I was referring to as Cultists also included such things
