All About John - Part Four

The boy who had been showered by the love of so many since the moment he had opened his eyes to this world was all alone now, not a parent, not a family member nor a friend, not even a loyal employee or an adult he could trust were anywhere around John Evans. And as he was taking his final few hops to the van that had a running engine in a forgotten corner inside a forgotten ally near a very busy street in Washington DC where even his screams wouldn't be heard through all the murmurs that erupted left and right.

He had never been this lonely in his entire life. And the man who held a now sobbing Treasure in his arm was smirking as if his own prey was opening up his mouth to get eaten by him without him having to produce any effort.

He was very surprised when he got a punch right in the nose. And momentarily had to let the girl go because he pulled both of his hands up to try and press on his now bleeding and broken nose bridge.
