This is extremely bad... The Gastrea gathering means very bad news
Based on what I have read from the history of this world, Gastreas could get special abilities from their mutated bloodline after transforming into a Level Four...
Worse news is that I have read of a Level Four Gastrea from the books on the Great Gastrea War, in the Original Gastrea section in a restricted area that I snuck into, on the Zodiac Gastrea "Taurus", It was written there that it had a right-hand Gastrea named, "Aldebaran", It was also written there that Aldebaran had the ability to use his mutated pheromone to control and gather a large amount of Gastreas to the point of it being called an army and had intelligence.
Aldebaran apparently escaped the attack from the Mechanized Army and the Self-Defense Forces around it and was never known or seen again....
If that Gastrea is truly Aldebaran then it could only mean one thing...The next war shall commence...

3rd POV | Seitenshi's Mansion |
While the rest stayed in their office building, Ren went to the Seitenshi's mansion as soon as he could. Ren hurried inside as he impatiently waited for the maid opening the doors to her office as he tapped his shoes on the tiled floors..
As soon as Ren went inside, he saw Kikunojou standing beside the Seitenshi as she waited without any expression in her face
"What is the urgent news that you immediately wanted to see me after coming back from the Gastrea Zone outside of District 5?" The Seitenshi said as Ren took a seat on the luxurious couch the opposite of her
"I have some bad news...The reason why we came back early is because of an extremely bad thing..." Ren calmly said
"And what might that be?"
Ren took a deep breath and said, "We encountered an army of Gastrea that is in the thousands, led by a dragon-like Gastrea that was bigger than the rest"
Kikunojou's face became obviously solemn and serious together with the Seitenshi frowning
"That is indeed very serious, thank you for informing us" The Seitenshi thanked Ren as she looked on the side, signalling Kikunojou
"You're welcome, Please do take care and be cautious" Ren said as he stood up and walked to the door
"Please see to it that we will do our best to find out what is going on"
Ren only looked behind him and nodded as he continued his way out of the mansion

After Ren left, the Seitenshi and Kikunojou started to talk
"Should we activate the state-of-alert emergency to mobilize troops immediately?" Kikunojou asked the Seitenshi
"No, not yet, we need to check it out and measure their numbers and strength while also trying to hide it for as long as possible to prevent mass panic and hysteria" She commanded Kikunojou in an intelligent and rational manner befitting of her status as the symbol of Hope in Japan.
"As you ordered, we will send teams of Promoters to try and scout while also trying to create beheading operations to somehow assassinate Aldebaran" Kikunojou replied as he took a sip of tea
This way, they created a whole tactical plan, and Ren disrupted the original timeline as they were now aware and alerted about the horde of Gastreas led by a Level Four...
This time they won't be caught off guard and even indirectly cause the bombing of the Loli orphanage with Mr. Miyazaki, the kind old man who took care of the Cursed Children in the sewers..
The Self-Defense Forces secretly were gathering near the Monoliths and walls without the people knowing, but almost all of the high-ranking Promoters knew about the Herd and the Level 4 Gastrea
The Promoters were going outside and scouting the Gastrea herd, They went in small batches equipped with heavy weapons with Varanium ammunition.
Some Promoters went being extra careful and brought the big guns while some came with light weapons trying to hit-and-run and pick off some Gastreas that wander too far from their herd..
Some sharp citizens became suspicious when they saw the times the Promoters went by their house to the Monoliths to go out...
The Defense of the Tokyo Area, is starting as the herd grows and gets nearer and the quake of a storm raging is being felt..

Ren went back to their office, as he entered, a Sajuna missile with a Honoka ICBM and Aoi Tsar Bomba rushed and hugged him tightly
"Thank Goodness!" Sajuna sighed with relief
"We were so worried about you Ren!" Honoka said as she rubbed her face in Ren's clothes
"Onii-chan!" Aoi just hugged Ren tight as her tears fell
"Don't worry, I'm right here" Ren said as he patted their heads easily because he was taller than them
He comforted them with gentle words and made them feel warm and also relieved..
"Mooouh! You made us worry very much you bad man!" Sajuna said angrily to Ren
"Hehe, Did I really make you worry that much?" Ren bent down to their height
"You did!" Honoka chimed in with a pout
"You bad Onii-chan! Hmph!" Aoi also pouted with an angry face
"Boop! Don't be angry anymore okay?" Ren booped the tip of their noses and calmed them down
"And Sajuna, I'm back" Ren turned to look at Sajuna and smiled as his eyes turned into crescents
"Tsk! Welcome back" Sajuna couldn't resist and welcomed him back as she turned her back from him
"Pfft! Hahahahaha!" Ren laughed as he patted her head again
"Let's go in" Ren took the lead as they entered their office
Sajuna and the lolis just followed obediently like baby ducks following their mother duck.
"Pfft! Haha" When Toka saw them, she laughed to tease Sajuna
"Youuu!!" Sajuna became embarrassed as she lunged at her
Toka just held Sajuna's head as she flailed her hands and kicked her feet, trying desperately to hit Toka, but was unsuccessful, the only result was that she became exhausted and took a seat at the sofa
"Your stamina is terrible, as expected of a kusogaki (damn brat)" Toka let off one last tease as she went away
"Yooooouuu—"
