The house that Ren was to be settled in by the courtesy of Seekvaira, was built quickly..
"What is this efficiency?" Ren praised as he looked at the newly built house that was beside the main warehouse part.
"It's the house that you are to be housed in" Seekvaira introduced to Ren
"It's less than a house and more than a small mansion" Ren said as he crossed his arms with a bit of helplessness.
The house was a mansion, Ren saw that it had a garden, a lawn, and three sections. It had like 2 floors but the front of it even had a small fountain spurting water from the top.
"This is a token of my appreciation, so please accept it, and I ordered them to place it beside the site so that you would have an easy time" Seekvaira smiled as she pushed her glasses up.
"Did y'all use magic to create the house in just a night?" Ren wondered and asked Seekvaira.
"Yes, we specifically hired Earth magic specialists, electric magic specialists, and other kinds of magic specialists" Seekvaira proudly said as she put her arm below her breasts, pushing it up.

"Woah, this was built in one day?" Ren praised the feats that Seekvaira's contracts made.
"This is the living room, and this is the kitchen, and this is the bar..." As they went around the mansion, Seekvaira patiently introduced the parts of the house to him.
"And that's it" The tour finished as Seekvaira finished introducing everything to Ren, including the magic tools in the mansion and the magic circles for daily life.
"I memorized everything now, Thanks for all this"
"No, it's my pleasure, we're now partners on building the Gundam now, so this much is nothing" Seekvaira sincerely smiled towards Ren.
"Alright, I'll be leaving now, you can find me in my office any time you want, Oh, and also, there might be visitors from my peerage like my Queen or someone sent by my family, so please be patient with them" Seekvaira reminded Ren as she turned to leave the mansion.
"Okay, I'll be ready for them" Ren said as he waved to Seekvaira who was leaving.
After Ren saw Seekvaira entering the building, he went back inside of his own personal mansion inside the Underworld. He went to the living room and then turned on the TV connected to the DevilTV and DevilNet.

The DevilTV was streaming the Peerage game of Riser and another Devil's Peerage. Ren knew that the other Devil was going to lose, Riser's semi-immortality is a cheat, but if you just kill him for enough times, he's gonna run out of Demonic Energy eventually or he gets tired of perpetual suffering and surrenders.

"I knew it, I wanted to roast that Yakitori when I saw how annoying he was in the anime, but as we all know, the protagonist always triumphs and he became a stepping stone" Ren said boredly as he used his arm as a stand and switched to the DevilTube and started watching there..
Magical Girl Levia-Tan! The Great War Explained!...and so on was the videos that were on the homepage, Ren decided that he was bored, and just stood up and planned on heading to the warehouse to do something productive.
He knew that his intelligence was only slightly above average than a normal person so he thought of a way to quickly increase it...

He swiped through the countless abilities on display as he searched in what he wanted in the search panel. After a few seconds, it appeared and Ren immediately bought it using the coupon.

Ren felt the flow of information to his mind increase, and he felt that he could study and remember anything and that he can even quickly thought up of solutions for various theorems that he had studied, making them look like they were easy.
"Yes! This is it!" Ren felt amazing! He hadn't felt this kind of clarity outside of Sage time which only happens often. To supplement his immediate increase in intelligence, he searched about the technical manuals for Gundams volume 1-12 which all cost [2,200 SP] which put a huge dent on Ren's savings, but it was worth it, the knowledge could remain with him and he could create other Gundams for himself.
As they say, knowledge is power!
Starting from the 1st technical volume, he went through the pages, scanning each and every sentence there was and writing some important notes in a notebook that he found in the mansion.
—Flip! Flip! Flip!
Ren flipped through the pages quickly as he went through all of the volumes in just 5 hours while simultaneously digesting the information and sorting them in his mind. He now understood the basics, the foundation and even the complex parts and systems for the body and the controls.
"Haah!" Ren sighed as he laid back, already having understood about the contents of Gundams...
