1st POV | Ren's POV | Kamado Family House |

"Welcome, please feel comfortable" Kie Kamado, the mother of Tanjiro, bowed as she served me and Lucien tea.

"Thank you madam" I replied in a curt manner as I took the cup of tea on my hands and drank it.

—Siippp!

I took a good sip and immediately caught the taste of a good green tea. I inhale the great aroma of what I presume to be a natural green tea that was from the forests because it had the earthy scent in it.

"This is really good, it's very natural"

"Thank you, I picked the stems and found them myself" I saw her replying politely as I put the tea down.

"So that was why the aroma is so rich" I praised her tea-making skills.

"You seem very knowledgeable about this, have you studied tea-making?"

"No, it's just a hobby" I smiled as I replied to her question.

Earlier, when we had arrived with Tanjiro, their family was surprised but immediately provided shelter, it was just common generosity. They luckily had a guest room that was empty.

They let us stay in their empty room with bed sheets and pillows. And now, we're being served tea on the account that we are guests.

"You mentioned that you two were travelers, may I ask what places have you been to?" I saw her purple eyes that was slightly similar to mine, swim with curiosity when she asked me.

"Well, let me see..I have been in continents over the ocean in the west, and there are some nearer than others, with various differing cultures and some, mirroring yours" I started explaining vaguely.

Remember, one of my mothers is a business woman with enterprises all over the globe, and another one is a Yakuza leader managing the entire underworld of Japan, so I had many instances of going to other countries with the both of them.

"I traveled far and wide, I have seen many things"

"That's amazing!" Kie clapped a little when I answered, of course, hearing stories of other countries beyond the ocean is still shocking in this era, and double for a secluded house wife who has never really even seen the world.

"What were you talking about?" A girl with soft features and amaranthine eyes this time, who I recognized as Nezuko before she got demonized, chimed in on our conversation.

"Oh, dear, me and Mr. Ren here were just talking about his travels!" Kie turned her head and looked lovingly at Nezuko as I nodded in the back.

"Really? Can I listen in too Mr. Ren?" I thought about it for a sec until I saw her eyes glinting like her mom's brimming with curiosity about the world.

"I guess it'll be alright.." Then, I started retelling the histories of each countries that I've visited before in a grand manner since I thought it was alright to do so..

Ren finished retelling the story to the mother-daughter duo, Lucien just calmly listening, also enjoying Ren's stories.

—Cough! Cough! Cough!

A coughing fit was heard in a nearby room as Kie stood up first and ran inside a room. Inside the room was a man who was pale and sickly, he was also skinny but his eyes that were crimson, was full of vitality.

It was Tanjuro Kamado, the father of Tanjiro and the current wielder of the Hinokami Kagura dance, who also knew of the real history behind the dance.

"Dear...why do you still want to proceed with the Sun God's ritual? You're body is in a poor shape and the doctor said not to move your body!" Kie concernedly supported her husband's body as he continued to cough into a handkerchief.

"Cough!..It is a sacred duty.. cough!" Tanjuro said in the middle of his coughs, his body shivering in weakness.

"Dear...!" Kie exclaimed worriedly for her husband..

Even though Tanjuro is sick and ill-ridden, he is not that frail, Hinokami Kagura is a breathing style hidden in the dance that is the strongest and the originator of other breathing styles, that was why a Hinokami Kagura ritual lasts a whole 12 hours and the performer cannot rest at any moment, for they must keep performing the Hinokami Kagura.

"Maybe I can help him...I know a thing about medicine or two.." Ren came into the room as the children surrounded their father.

Nezuko, Takeo, Hanako, Shigeru, Tanjiro, and Rokuta were all worried about their father and perked up when they heard what Ren said.

"Mom, Mr. Ren traveled very far! He must know of medicine!" Tanjirou quickly said to his mom, trying to convince his mom to let Ren try to treat his father.

"Haaah...Please try your best to treat my husband" Kie was still a bit skeptical but she decided to trust Ren.

Kie ushered the children out of the sliding door as Ren sat near Tanjuro while Lucien was in the back watching over them.

"Then, I'll start Mr. Tanjuro.." Ren said as he placed his hand on Tanjuro's wrist as he started to use to scan the inside of Tanjuro's body like the echolocation that he'd used before.

'This is a very bad case...' Ren thought as he found the only way of treatment for the body's regeneration capabilities to start up again...

Ren started injecting normal Mana, a degraded version of Ether, into Tanjuro's body, he also used his to move organs in places that they were supposed to be. Slowly but surely Tanjuro's complexion got better..

"Guh! What?! How is this possible" Tanjuro exclaimed after groaning as he felt the renewed vigor coursing through his body..

"This is a miracle beyond the.." Tanjuro cut off his sentence as he looked up at the smiling face of Ren..
