Kill Them... Kill Them ALL

My mind goes blank, and I pass out.

"Where am I?" I ask as I look around the void-like space. Seeing as no one is around, I guess this is something similar to when Elizabeth and I met.

"K..."

I hear a voice. It's faint, but it's there. "Who are you?" I ask the voice. "Let me out of here so I can save my friends." The voice does not respond. "DID YOU HEAR ME!!" I snap. "LET ME OUT, MY FRIENDS NEED ME!!"

"N... Need... yo... you...?" asks the voice, static-like. "Do... you... th... think... y... you... can... sa... save... your... friends...? With... your power... you will... fail..."

As frustrating as it is, this voice is right. Hafiz will not allow me to cast Healing Magic. And I'm not strong enough to break his barrier. "Then what do you suggest," I say, giving in the voice's intent.

"U... Use... my... power..."

"Your power? Are you speaking about my Fólkvangr Mode?"

"Use... my... power..." says the voice once more. A projection of the battle appears in front of me. "Watch me... use... my... power..."

"NOOOOO!!!" screams the projection of me. My hair becomes white. Whiter than before. Whiter than heaven itself. And my eyes glow yellow like the sun. No, brighter than the sun. A sinister snicker masks my usual innocent face.

Hafiz freezes. His hand, millimetres away from Rai. He looks back and says, "You... You are not Haruki, are you?"

I disappear from the projection and reappear in front of Hafiz. He jumps back, but I appear next to him. Hafiz throws a punch, but I dodge it and throw one of my own. He creates a barrier but to no avail. My punch penetrates it like a bullet to glass. Hafiz, shocked by his barrier shattering, manages to avoid the punch. And lucky for him, because if that punch landed, his body would have scattered like the mountain of snow behind him.

"Hey, hey. Is this not cheating?" asks Hafiz. "I never said you could sub with an overpowered demon."

"Demon...?" says the voice. "I... am... no... demon... I... am..." The voice cuts out.

"What? Cat got your tongue?" mocks Hafiz.

"Y...ou... stand... in... my... w... ay... ag...ain...?" says the projection looking at the sky. It looks down at Hafiz, but speaks directly to me, "I... can... only... exist... for... so... lo... long... Haru... ki... K... ill..."

"Ill?"

"K... ill... Kill... Kill... them... Kill them... Kill them all... KILL THEM ALL!!!" roars the voice. The space I stand in starts crumbling, and the projection disappears. My mind snaps back to reality, where I get sucker punched by an enraged Hafiz.

"So, you're finally back?" he asks. He scans me and says, "No, not entirely."

"That was one hell of a punch you threw, Hafiz," I say, spitting the blood out from my mouth. "All the punches you throw are heavy. Each punch you dish out hurts like hell."

"Thanks for the compliment."

"However, I can throw a heavier punch."

I run to Hafiz and punch him in the face.

"You call that a punch?" he asks me, unfazed. He throws a punch of his own. We exchange blows. Each punch gets heavier and heavier.

I slither around his body like a snake and apply a guillotine lock. "Virm ticygaga: Intectrotldyir ag fnaeecv (Gravity Magic: Gravity Field Concentrate)." A purple sphere surrounds our bodies. Hafiz - carrying the weight of two people - starts sinking into the snow.

"Do you think this weight can keep me down?"

My mind has returned to my body; however, I am not in control. It's like my body is on autopilot. Is that voice still controlling me? If so, then this would be bad. "Virm ticygaga: Axsmams (Gravity Magic: Max Mass)." The rapid increase in weight plunges us into the ground. We sink into a cave deep underground.

My grip on Hafiz loosens, and he uses this opportunity to throw me into the ground. He follows up with a few punches, reinforced by Barrier Magic. I return it with a knee to the face, coupled with Gravity Magic opposing his face's resistance to my knee. He flies into the cave's wall and falls to the ground. However, he gets back up. He spits out blood, and says, "Not bad. But you'll have to do more than that."

"Acoatmion plcuipentn: Esrae – Dsefene (Concept Manipulation: Erase - Defense)." I charge forward. Hafiz, who realizes what I did, dodges my strikes perfectly.

"The problem with Concept Manipulation is that it affects the user as well. So, you have no defence now as well."

He tries to kick me, but before his kick lands, I whisper, "Cancel." His kick lands and blows the air away behind me.

"How did you like that?" he asks, laughing. His smile soon fades after he sees his kick didn't even put a scratch on me. "I see," he says, irritated, "you cancelled the spell before my kick landed. But that doesn't explain not taking any damage from my kick."

I jump back. "Agaim apstcil: Menshidi… (Spatial Magic: Dimensional...)"

Before I finish my spell, Hafiz creates a barrier around my mouth. "Barrier Magic: Silent Sphere."

My voice? I can't say anything.

"Did you think I would let you use Spatial Magic? Even with my Barrier Magic, I would only survive so long in another dimension. It's time we end this little playdate, Haruki." He runs to me. I jump back; however, I bump into a wall. I turn around and see a barrier behind me. No, not just behind me. To my left and right. I'm boxed in. "Without your voice, you can't use magic. And with no place to run, this has become my victory, Haruki."

Can't use magic, you say? I dodge his first strike and grab his hand. He smiles, screaming, "You fell for it!!" His left leg raises; however, before it hits, his arm blows up. Blood splatters everywhere.

He jumps back, not fazed by losing his arm at all. "I see. This was my miscalculation. I never expected you to use magic without your voice." He releases the barrier and says, "This has been fun, but with only one arm, I can't entertain you for very long. So, I will take my leave now." My body jumps to attack Hafiz; however, he creates a barrier. It doesn't break no matter how hard I punch. "I would have given you an answer to any of your questions, but it looks like whoever is controlling your body wants to kill me. So, I will leave you with this: Leave Grand Order." Hafiz walks away and disappears into the shadows.

My body stands there. I try moving my leg, but it doesn't respond. "K...K...Ki...Kill..."

Kill? No, don't tell me...!!

"Kill... Kill... Kill... them... all... Kill... them all... Kill them all... KILL THEM ALL!!!!" My body moves to the surface, where those three are.

Stop!! Stop, body!! Don't touch those three!!

It's no use. My body soon reaches the surface, but to our surprise, those three are gone. I look around and see what looks like a village in the distance. My body runs towards the village. However, before I can even get halfway there, my body falls to the ground. My hair returns to its cyan colour. I open my eyes slightly, "Am I... in control... again...?" I ask, breathing heavily. "What... happened...?" I say, before fainting. All alone, in this snowy desert, I lose consciousness.
