Ayana stared at Eric's reflection talking on the phone. And from the looks of it, he seemed really pissed off. And why wouldn't he be?

His trust was wavering between his love and his trustee. The seed of suspicion was sown the moment they kicked him out of their conversation.

'Just what were they talking about? Do they know each other somehow?...do they share any kind of bond?...No. There's no way that could happen. My mind's just being ridiculous at this point.' he shook his head in denial and focused on the road but with each passing second his anxiety would do nothing but grow.

His eyes were getting drowsy and his head was spinning. It was already past two in the morning.
