There's no way she could say all that so boldly without any shyness lingering around. In fact, her face clearly illustrated the struggle between the two.

The situation has taken an u-turn like a projectile of a boomerang and unfortunately for her, she's the one who's at loss of words here.

She tries to lean forward but since she can't bend much; she asks Eric to ascend a bit closer on her legs, making both of them feel bubbles bubbling up in their stomachs.

It would've been so easy to just grab his face and pull him nearer, but since the awkwardness was so dense between the two, none of them dared to suggest anything in this regard.

Eric even wondered if this was all worth it since it seems so childish, but when a soft fluffy touch pressed on his left cheek, he shooed those thoughts right away.
