Tea party invitation

"Sir. Are you sure we should let Madam continue in her pursuit?"

Sebastian watched the dust float in the light beam coming through the broad window. His hands tied behind with an erect posture of his body as the man in front signed the documents he brought for him.

"There's no point in unnecessarily getting on her nerves. What she's doing is also in my favour, so let her continue this drama and become the villain in our's stead."

The man puffing his cigar said the cold words so casually for his wife, that Sebastian couldn't help but resent him for it.

The man's eyes were void of any light as if they have diminished with his age. The frowns which have permanently settled on his bald forehead arched just from a slight twitch in his brows.

Sebastian wondered if this person actually ever had the leisure to enjoy his life.
