Ethan sighed heavily, occasionally he looked at his phone screen to make sure if Rose replied to his message or not. He looked around, the apartment felt empty without Rose, this solitude bothered him too much.

  His eyes were glued to the clock on the wall, it was almost dawn but Rose had not returned. Ethan got up from his place, then went to the kitchen, made a breakfast menu for his lover – Rose.

  He felt guilty for making Rose wait so long, he should have asked her to go with him and pick out the jewellery together. If he had known it would be like this, he wouldn't have gone quietly and upset Rose. Yes . . . she must be very upset—he thought.
