CHAPTER 55

Brian and Lucia stared at the room that Aidil had prepared for them. The room measuring about 10 square meters was turned into a room befitting a newlywed couple, filled with rose petals and a delicate, voluptuous fragrance. Not only that, Aidil also made the room much dimmer, making the atmosphere very awkward.

"How is it, Bri? No wonder Mr. Aidil and his daughter said goodbye early. If we go home, it's too late too, right?"

Brian took a deep breath. "I'll sleep on the sofa, you can sleep on the bed."

"Thank goodness you're still so shameless," Lucia joked as she lay down on the bed, then threw all the flower petals on the floor. "Finally able to sleep too, it feels really tiring today."

Seeing that, Brian snorted in annoyance. "Can't you pretend you care about me? Even though the sofa in this pavilion is so narrow, I have to bend my legs for it."
