Oak Bay Harbor. The policemen were on guard, working hard to maintain security according to their duty. However, in their midst, a man in a uniform with several award beds and his rank as Commissioner General of the police made him look dashing.

The man was smoking the cigar in his hand, while occasionally gazing at the beautiful twilight sea.

"What is it?" he asked his men in charge of supervision.

"There's a ship pulled over, sir."

"Boat?" The man immediately grabbed his binoculars, then looked through the window that was deliberately left open. His eyes immediately widened when he saw who was standing on the deck of the ship. "L-let them pull over and order their leader to meet me."

"Yes sir."
