The next day, I woke up past lunchtime, it was a Sunday. When I stepped out of my room, I saw my friends in my living room. Everyone’s there, except for Lyken.
“Hi Ja,” Kobe greeted. “Lyken had to go with his parents to visit his grandparents. But I’m meeting him tonight. We’re talking to a client about a new project. But don’t worry, it won’t get in the way of your wedding.”
I just nodded at him as I sit on the couch. Steve sat next to me, reaching out for my hand and giving it a light squeeze. “What happened to you guys?” he asked.
I let out a sigh then I start telling them everything. They were all just listening. Letting out sighs from time to time.
“You just have to talk, calmly,” Kobe suggested. I nodded at him, pouting my lips and he smiled. “There’s nothing the two of you can’t fix. Compared to what you went thru before, this is nothing.”
