CHAPTER 47: His Promise

EREVELL’s P.O.V.

When my Mom get inside of my room, I am now laying down on my bed, staring blankly at the ceiling. She looked over at my direction, maybe wondering where is Gabriel.

“Erevell? Where is Gab?” she asked me.

“He left...”

“He leave you all alone in here? And why didn’t you eat this ice cream?” she asked me again, the tub of ice cream sweating on the table.

“I couldn’t blame him either, Mom... He won’t get anything from taking care of me... Nor for loving me.”

“Oh, dear... Did you fought?” she came near me, as if she wanted to give me some comfort.

“I started it. I hurt him.”

“If he loves you, he’ll come back. I’m sure of that,” she assured me.

Just as I was about to say something, the door quietly swing open, revealing the man whom I thought will never going to see me again.

“I told you,” Mom whispered, smiling from ear to ear with her teary eyes.
