I knew this and I could feel it in my blood and my head. It was a growing disturbing thought that I had ignored earlier because I was too engrossed in my new discovery about the Black Brothers, and the light hope at my very tunnel.

But now, it was so strange and sudden that it enveloped all my being after I felt relieved of the current obstacles in my life.

I tried to think of what it could be, but I couldn't come up with a definite answer, and it plagued my mind further.

I could feel the tremendous groping appetite rushing through my veins and intensifying my impulse desire to mark Valerie. Which was crazy as it was so ravenous.

"What is this?" I mind-linked to my wolf, while I tried to keep myself from thinking about Valerie's soft body in my arms or the fact that I was gradually losing control of my immense yearning to mark her.
