The first stop was Los Angeles.
Although there were a lot of urgent matters waiting for Gao Guang, he still had to deliver the gifts first for a simple reason: if he didn't send the horse away, there really was nowhere to keep it.
Since Otto was still in the hospital, Gao Guang could deliver most of the gifts in Los Angeles. Therefore, the first stop had to be Los Angeles because it was the most convenient.
"How are you, Madam Jane?"
Gao Guang didn't exhibit much formality towards Jane and seemed quite casual, while Jane was likewise relaxed. She habitually took out a cigarette pack, and just as she put a cigarette between her lips but before she could light it, Gao Guang promptly produced a lighter.
With a pleasant snap, Gao Guang lit the cigarette, and although Jane looked slightly surprised, she still leaned in and elegantly lit the cigarette she was holding.
After closing the lighter, Gao Guang presented it to Jane with a smile, "Madam Jane, this is a gift for you."
