Asamov really felt like the Son of Destiny, but once the bow is drawn there's no turning back; once the fight starts, it must continue until the end, regardless of the circumstances.
The problem now was that Asamov neither fled nor fought; he had withdrawn into the house and then there was silence.
Normally, people would immediately run when attacked, and if they felt they couldn't escape, they would fight. However, Asamov was no ordinary man, and his way of responding, right or wrong, was extremely uncomfortable for others.
The one who was most discomforted was David.
As a marksman and the most experienced veteran, David inevitably took over the command of Group Two. It didn't matter whether Gao Guang was the boss or if Gao Guang was in front or not; when David said to attack, they had to attack without hesitation, and when David said to defend, they must stand their ground obstinately.
But now, the choice between attack and defense was really hard to make.
