Genisis and Abandonment
Just like humans, Gods are born.
But Unlike humans, there's a requirement that must be met that should be seemingly impossible for the first God to reach that requirement.
For a God to be born, that god must have a believer. But there were no living beings when the first God was born nor a world that support living organisms, in fact there was nothing.
The first God just existed. The God of creation and the first God.
When he was born, he created the world
That we live in. Just from that big explosion that started this very universe
He created "World Zero".
He created many creatures and living beings and non-living objects.
And then he created men, that very man was weak and helpless.
But he gave that man something that all the other creations lacked. He gave man a soul and intelligence.
Mana was flowing everywhere, whereas the soul used that mana to prolong man's life. Humans could live more than a few centuries that greatly developed man to be the apex predator of the land.
They were God's greatest creation.
And He was very proud of it.
He stayed with them, looked over them
He blessed them. But there was one thing that humans were unable to comprehend.
It was the Devils and Shadows.
Although shadows were mostly harmless.
Devils were a great threat to humanity and the world that God had created.
Like one of the laws of physics, there was an equal and opposite force.
God had fought alongside his beloved creation, as they were not ready for this threat. For over a million years, he fought a created a barrier that would keep the devils at bay. But as that barrier got stronger, the connection between the world and him became weaker.
He slowly contacted his creation less and less. Until he could no longer.
But he was sure that the barrier would last long enough for them to evolve and get stronger to be able to fight back.
The world was now isolated from the spiritual world that grants mana.
Life spans decreased, lives were once again fragile. But intelligence was on their side. It took only a few thousands years to adjust and forget the life style of the nearly immortal, and live life mortals to fight and survive.
Or at least that's what the book says....
