**In the business -Class Cabin at 10:20 AM**
"How peculiar! Wasn't the flight scheduled for 10 o'clock? Why are they still waiting for someone?" Michelle pondered to herself.
At that moment, a man hurried towards her.
"Apologies! I'm late!" Jiale exclaimed, his voice filled with urgency.
"Ku... Ku Jiale!" Michelle responded, taken aback.
In an unexpected turn, Kale accidentally kissed Michelle.
"My apologies, I didn't mean to..." Jiale stammered, momentarily speechless as he took in Michelle's appearance.
"Xue! It's really you!" Jiale said, grasping Michelle's hand.
"Mr. Ku, the flight is about to depart. Please return to your seat," the flight attendant interjected.
Jiale made his way back to his seat.
"Could he be the renowned Hong Kong artist, Ku Jiale?" Michelle wondered.
"Why does she resemble Xue so much? This can't be! Xue passed away years ago. Could she be Chengdong's fiancée?" Jiale thought to himself.
He then checked his phone for text messages...
- *Jia Le, my fiancée is flying from Singapore to Hong Kong today. Please take care of her. Thank you. - Cheng Dong*
"That must be Michelle. Cheng Dong was right; they look strikingly alike," Jiale concluded.
Three hours later, as the plane prepared to land, several flight attendants approached Jiale's seat.
"Jia Le! Could you please sign for me?" they asked excitedly.
Michelle turned around.
"Sorry, I'd like to sleep. Could you keep it down?" she replied.
"Let's not disturb the other passengers. How about we take photos elsewhere?" Jiale suggested.
Michelle took a brief nap.
Upon arriving at Hong Kong Airport at 2 PM, Jiale noticed Michelle passing through the local channel.
"Is Cheng Dong's girlfriend also from Hong Kong?" Jiale wondered aloud.
**Hong Kong Airport - Arrival Hall, 2:30 PM**
Eric spotted Michelle emerging from the terminal.
"Michelle! Michelle! Over here!" Eric waved enthusiastically.
"Hi! Boss Wang!" Michelle responded, waving back.
Noticing the interaction, Jiale approached Eric.
"Eric, you're picking someone up at the airport as well?" Jiale asked.
"Yes! This is the girl I mentioned last week, Michelle. She's an excellent storyteller," Eric replied.
As Michelle approached, she greeted Eric, "Hello, Boss Wang."
"Please, just call me Eric. And this is the famous star, Ku Jiale," Eric introduced.
"Oh, I ran into him on the plane," Michelle remarked.
"You must be tired from your flight. Let me take you to your hotel first," Eric offered.
"I'm not staying at a hotel. Do you know how to get to Discovery Bay?" Michelle inquired.
"You can share a taxi with me; I live nearby," Jiale suggested.
"Okay, thank you," Michelle replied.
"Let's arrange to meet at the company tomorrow," Eric said.
**In the Taxi**
"Have you lived in Hong Kong before?" Jiale asked.
"I did as a child, but I immigrated to Singapore with my family when I was ten," Michelle explained.
"Have you visited Discovery Bay?" Jiale continued.
"I've been there once or twice with my boyfriend. It's a very tranquil place," Michelle replied.
"Discovery Bay is quite peaceful. Our taxi can only drop us at the gate; we'll need to wait for a shuttle bus from there," Jiale noted.
"That's interesting," Michelle responded.
Once they arrived at the gate, they unloaded their luggage and waited for the shuttle bus.
"Let me help you with that," Jiale offered.
"Thank you! I'm glad you're here; I wouldn't know what to do alone," Michelle said gratefully.
"Why didn't your boyfriend accompany you today?" Jiale asked.
"He only has a month left as an anchor in Singapore, so he's busy packing and couldn't come with me," Michelle explained.
"I understand. He's quite the catch in the industry; you should cherish him," Jiale remarked.
They boarded the shuttle bus.
**Ten Minutes Later - Arrival at Discovery Bay Villas**
As they disembarked, Jiale asked, "Which villa are you staying in?"
"Chengdong wrote No. 16. I didn't realize all the villas here are so luxurious," Michelle replied.
"They're relatively affordable compared to the city, but the transport can be inconvenient. Let me walk you to No. 16 since it's your first time here," Jiale offered.
"I've visited a hotel nearby," Michelle said.
"That's the only supermarket in Discovery Bay," Jiale pointed out.
After a leisurely walk and conversation, they finally reached their destination.
**Outside Song's House at 3:15 PM**
"We're here! Let me help you with your luggage," Jiale said.
As Michelle opened the front door, they stepped inside to find a large poster of Chengdong and Michelle in the living room.
"Wow, Chengdong really went all out with this poster," Michelle chuckled.
"You two are a perfect match—handsome and beautiful. I'll head out now; there's a small car in your garden that can take you to the supermarket," Jiale said.
"Thank you," Michelle replied.
"Just a heads up, transportation here is limited to the electronic shuttle bus to the gate and the pier. I'm heading home now," Jiale informed her.
As Michelle began unpacking and cleaning the space, her phone rang.
"Hello, brother," Michelle answered.
"Why haven't you called back? Our parents and I are worried sick!" Mi Qiang exclaimed.
"I'm sorry; getting from the airport to Chengdong's villa was tricky, but thankfully a friend helped me," Michelle explained.
"That's a relief! You should call Chengdong as soon as possible," Mi Qiang urged.
"Will do," Michelle replied.
**At Singapore 93.5 FM Radio**
Chengdong had just completed his show when he noticed Michelle's name flashing on his phone.
"Hello, Xiaoxue! Have you made it home? How did you find my villa? Was it hard to locate?" Chengdong asked.
"It was incredibly hard to find! Luckily, a kind, handsome guy assisted me at the airport," Michelle replied.
"A handsome guy? Is there someone more handsome than me?" Chengdong teased.
"Of course, my fiancé, Song Chengdong, is the most handsome!" Michelle declared playfully.
"How do you like the house? This will be our love nest from now on," Chengdong asked.
"Didn't you mention we'd move back to Korea after marriage? Why buy this house?" Michelle queried.
"Because you'll need a place to stay while working in Hong Kong; it's more convenient," Chengdong justified.
"You should be wrapping up work now, right?" Michelle asked.
"I just left the recording studio, preparing the script for tomorrow's show," Chengdong replied.
"Make sure to finish up quickly and get some rest; don't overwork yourself," Michelle advised.
"I will, my dear wife. You take care of yourself too. I have to go work on my manuscript now," Chengdong said.
As Chengdong stood up to grab a drink, he suddenly fainted in the corridor. Colleagues rushed to assist him.
"Oh no! Chengdong has collapsed!" shouted one coworker.
Brother Bao abandoned his work and hurried over.
**5 PM in the Corridor**
Brother Bao supported Chengdong and applied ointment to his forehead.
"Chengdong! Are you alright?!" Brother Bao exclaimed.
**In the Lounge**
Brother Bao helped Chengdong to the lounge to rest.
