Chapter 11

"Kyle come over here" Kay called Kyle over. The group was currently sleeping on the hall. Chole, since she was a girl slept on the far end of the room away from the guys.

Kyle sat up and looked over. His insides churned. "Kay, why are you looking at him?"

Eren was fast asleep with his mouth open. Reki next him, with his limbs in different directions. Like a child knocked out.

"You know, he seems more at peace during sleep but...." Kay stopped for a moment.

Eren's eyes twitched and he frowned in his sleep. "He is not what he really is." Kay got close enough to Eren. "I smell secrets"

Kay smiled as Eren's eyes trickled tears. "so what are you saying?" Kyle asked as Kay wiped his tear with his finger.

"I dont know what it is. But for the past 5 months, my insides weirds out in front of him. I feel he is a threat but I don't want to destroy him but I want to tame him" He slide his hand over sleeping Eren's cheek. It was softer than he imagined.

"You mean?"

"I mean..... He is really not what he seems" Kay looked back at his brother.
Kyle's eyebrows twitched.

"he is not as strong as he acts. Something is hidden behind those cold shoulders he gives. He is keeping a secret. A secret for my quest" He whispered as he got close to Eren.

Eren breath rhythm increased with him moaning in his sleep.

"Look how weak he is. Just the person I wanted"

"do you like him?" Kyle asked. Man liking man isn't something that is to be embarrassed of, in their place.

"Maybe. I haven't had any interest on any men though. But he hits me different and I like it" Kay smiled.

Reki wrapped his arms around Eren. Eren cuddled into his arms. "Kyle pull him off him" His voice stern. Kyle was shocked to see his brother angry. Just what does he see in him to fall head over heels for him?

Kyla tiptoed around the room and attempted to pull Reki. But Reki's grip tightened around Eren. Eren sobs turned into a smile.

Kay got up and pulled Reki with force. Reki woke up, "Whats wrong guys?" He wiped his drool with the back of his sleeve.

"Yah, what's with you guys at this hour?" Eren yawned. Kay smirked, "I didnt like you guys sleeping so I just woke you up."

Eren's inside burned, "Wha-" He almost shouted but Kay was fast enough to cover his mouth.

"Sir Eren, aren't you supposed to be prepared?" Kay smirked.

"What the heck is wrong with you? My business is not yours" Eren pulled his hand off. He pulled the blanket over his head and grumbled.

"Well then. Good night and dream about your defeat with me" Kay whispered to him and took the place beside Eren.

Things were getting creepier with Kay around Eren.

"Rise and shine fellas, today we have some butts to kick to show them how powerful we are" Chris voice boomed the room.

Chloe glanced around the room. Her fingers fidgeted. Being a girl in the academy wasn't easy. You don't have a separate bed or bathroom or even clothes. Her saggy shirt and loose tracks. It was all provided by the kingdom. Since its a male dominated society, they couldn't care less of females who work hard for their country. But for the sake of her family, she must do it.

She peeked at Eren. Chloe admired him. His skin was flawless Eventhough Jack's skin is more paler but his was just the right tone. She adored how his jaw muscles flexed when he looks up. She loved the way he laughed at boring Reki's jokes. And most importantly, she loved the way he carried himself with.

Before she could know it, she was falling hard. Perhaps it was the beauty of him or perhaps she saw a pint of feminity and familiarity with him. He was very similar to her except for his cold demeanor to others. Eren always smiled around her, protected her but he was different with other people in his team.

He would either ignore or give non chalant answers. Kyle gave up talking to him so did Chris. Kay was as stubborn as Eren. He wouldnt stop nagging Eren on and about the bets. Chloe didn't like Kay. He was full of himself.

He wouldn't care if he was in public or with others, he would openly try to intimidate Eren. Chloe felt helpless when Kay steps closer to Eren and gives his ridiculous remarks. She was sure jealousy wasn't only in her dictionary but also Kyle's. He must be helpless like her to see his brother chatting with Eren,a complete stranger to him.

Besides, Aren't we jealous when we see our loved ones with other strangers?
