Many perspectives.

'Maybe it's because we're on the move?' Phina thought to herself nervously. They've been on the move for 8 hours already and she still didn't make any progress whatsoever. 'I'll just wait until we've reached Sanctuary before I try again.'

"We'll rest ahead." Pida said as he slowed the Sand Sail. He glanced at the dejected Phina. "What's wrong?"

"I'm...It's nothing." Phina hesitated.

"Come on. Spit it out." Pida rolled his eyes as he rested.

"I..." Phina sighed. "I've been trying to increase my stage. I've...I've been stuck at the Middle stage Expert-rank. I can't get the Holy Element to fuse with my World Energy core..."

"Oh, that's simple. All you have to do is f-" Pida stopped halfway through his sentence. "Did you just say Middle stage of the Expert-rank?"

"Y-Yeah." Phina sighed in shame. It was insane that someone couldn't pass the stage.

"Y-You're joking...right?" Pida asked as he looked at Phina.

"..." Phina bit her lip.

"I-It's okay! Uhm...just...just try to smack them together! Maybe if they hit hard enough that will trigger the fusion?" Pida said with an awkward smile.

"I guess so..." Phina sighed.

--------------------------------------------------------------

"What a smart bastard...he figured out one of the chaotic paths." Shira mused to herself as she observed Phina.

While Pida was on the right track, the force that's needed to trigger the fusion was beyond a mere Tier-1 World Holder. Phina wasn't even a Founder-rank, let alone a Tier-1 World Holder!!

"Chaotic paths cannot be trusted." Liam said from beside Shira.

Salas, Lia, Mira, Liam, Alex, Nate and Shira all sat in a pavilion within Shira's World. They all sat with a tiny brown, green and blue marble floating in the air in front of them. That was the Loading World. They were all watching Phina and Max.

Nate sighed at Liam's words.

"It's the past. It's not your fault." Lia smiled lightly at Nate.

Shira glanced slightly at Lia. She and Nate are the only two members of this group that she hadn't met before.

"The fuck are you looking at?!" Salas growled at Shira.

"Relax, honey." Lia calmed her husband. "Even if she tried anything, I'm already on my 9th World and I have over 5 Tier-4 Worlds."

Shira's eyes widened with shock. 'A Tier-4 World?!?'

Shira was a Tier-2 World Holder. She only had two Worlds inside her own. None of these Worlds' Holders have ever participated in the World's core test, yet she barely survived her World Lord war. Just the thought of four World Holders participating in a World Lord war sent chills down her spine. Powerful Lords demand the respect of others and no Lord is an idiot. All of them would rally behind a World Holder to follow.

"Max is doing well though." Mira smiled as she focused on Max's position in the Loading World.

--------------------------------------------------------------

Thud!

A head hit the ground as Max sat down to rest on a couch. He pulled down his silver mask off and spit out blood on the floor.

"Lindell Larson. Done. No witnesses. Ruptured eardrum and broken jaw." Max grunted as he untied his long blue hair and retied it tightly.

"Congratulations on your new rank, Agent Blue Bird." a lean and muscular man with a black mask and similarly black hair said with a chuckle.

"Cut the shit, Boss." Max rolled his eyes. "Deduct the medical fees and give me my cut."

"You didn't get too damaged, so medical fees won't cost too much." the boss threw a pouch.

"Two gold?! Did I kill a janitor or a damn noble?!" Max glared at the boss.

"I took the liberty to use your pay to buy this." the boss chuckled as he put a long black box on his desk.

"What the hell is this?" Max squinted his eyes as he stood up and approached the desk.

The man simply chuckled. Max opened the box.

"WHAT THE HELL?!!?"

--------------------------------------------------------------

"Let's dance, big boy!!" a deep voice shook the Void as a giant man approached a black figure within a star's core.

"ROAAAAAAAAAAR!!!!" the figure roared as it spread its wings. It quickly appeared as a large black dragon.

"I'm gonna get your reverse scale for my boy!" the man grinned madly. "He's about to enter his first World soon!"

"You dare approach my majesty?!?" the dragon roared in rage.

"Nothing is working." Phina almost cried as she massaged her forehead.

"Don't worry about it." Pida comforted. "You'll get it eventually."

"..." Phina bit her lip until it bled. This was known as the easiest stage in existence! Her pride as a genius was shattered to pieces!!

"We'll reach Sanctuary soon. Gather up your World Energy, we might need it there." Pida reminded as he powered the Sand Sails.
