SUSANA AND THE MESSENGER

MONDAY, 20TH OCTOBER 1192 AD

Susana Abrahams hummed happily to herself as she walked to the room housing the messenger from Jerusalem, his name was Hashim. She was taking him morning tea to take.

In the one night, he had spent here, she and Mubarak had taken it upon themselves to nurse him back to strength. When he arrived, he was exhausted and sickly from battling through the desert storm. He arrived when he was dehydrated, weak, having body aches, and a terrible headache.

His condition had now somewhat improved, she spent the night in his room watching after him. Her objective was to get close to him and then be able to pry information from him concerning the Templars, for that was her mission.

She arrived at the door and knocked twice, "Come in, the door is unlocked." She heard him speak from inside. She pushed it with one hand which was not holding the tray.

On the tray was a cup of hot tea, some biscuits, and a bunch of grape friuts.
