59. A wolf not a dog

Rosie looked at Raven, eagerly waiting for his response. She could only be hopeful that he understood what she was talking about. It was not like she hated the feeling of it or was it harmful, it was sensual.

"I do feel it too," Raven said and she inwardly breathed in relief that she was not the only one feeling things.

"Is it normal to feel this way?" she asked not realizing how comfortable she was feeling in his presence and dropping her guard against him.

"Yes," Raven said and looked into her eyes, those blue eyes that he has come to love so much. "It's very normal to feel this way." He said and moved his hand to caress her swollen cheek. "We should get to a hospital for treatment. I don't like to see you like this."

Rosie shook her head and said, "I won't be at ease knowing he hasn't been taken away by the police yet."
