"Selene!" Darren said as soon as he turned around recognizing her as if her image has been engraved into his mind. 

"I curse you, Darren." She said and looked at the pile of dead bodies lying all over the place. 

"For what you have done you will relive your worse moment in your slumber, Darren. Until you find your mate, your slumber shall never be peaceful." 

"Even when you find her, you will know no peace. This is your curse for what you have done." 

The moon goddess said as she started fading into the night. "Remember this Darren."

Lazarus had now started to see the similarities between Kora and Darren. He didn't see it before because he never paid close attention to Darren and had never compared their character with each other before.

"What do you think about the event and the number of people who gathered?" Lazarus rephrased his words.

"I think it is fitting," Darren said with pride in his voice. "She is meant above all, and this is a perfect example of it."

"I agree," Lazarus said, nodding his head. "Though I doubt she will agree with the fact she has become the center of attention." He said and Darren gave him a look. "Don't get me wrong, there isn't a soul out there that is as confident and fearless as her but she hates attention. She prefers being left alone and seems annoyed with anyone else who tries to get close to her."
