"Young Lycan!" A sweet and melodic voice called. 

"Selene!" Darren said as soon as he turned around recognizing her as if her image has been engraved into his mind. 

"I curse you, Darren." She said and looked at the pile of dead bodies lying all over the place. 

"For what you have done you will relive your worse moment in your slumber, Darren. Until you find your mate, your slumber shall never be peaceful." 

"Even when you find her, you will know no peace. This is your curse for what you have done." 

The moon goddess said as she started fading into the night. "Remember this Darren."

Fated To The Dark Alpha

A few hours later, Ezra was ready to leave the Shadow Moon Pack and head back home. He stood on the second floor of the alpha's mansion with his hands tucked inside his pockets and Kora standing beside him. He had a small smile on his lips as they spoke even though her face was blank vacant of any emotion.

"Don't let that happen again, Ezra," Kora said in a threatening tone. It would have worked if she was talking to another person with whom she was Luna over.

"I won't allow it, Kora, that is a promise." He said and she nodded. "Take care of yourself."

"I will," Kora said and they might start walking down to meet with everyone else. Seeing the two coming down, Lazarus shook hands with Darren before walking to where Kora and Ezra stood. Ezra nodded to him and he nods back before he walked passed them.

"Thank you for taking care of him," Lazarus said.
