The Martial Unity

Rui's eyes flared with a blood-red glow as he activated Megamind, elevating his cognition to extraordinary heights. In order to accomplish what he was hoping to accomplish, he would need to process an enormous amount of information.

He would need to gaze upon the entire continent all at once.

It shook as he gently manipulated the very fabric of space and time across the entire continent, ever so slightly bending it to guide light towards him unimpeded. His eyes became satellites upon which all that light converged upon.

And just like that, he could see everything.

Rui simply gazed upon the entire world patiently as he collected data on all his targets, formulating preliminary predictive models and SOUL models on all of them.
