His father doesn't particulary hate him, he was only devastated when he found out that he wouldn't be able to walk again. As it was, he was still the Crown Prince, but he knew that once his father found a better option, he would kill him and throw his somewhere anyone wouldn't be able to see him. 

And as if written by the stars, the oldest daughter of General Zyndellia, Sencha Ahua Zyndellia, who was known as someone monster for having a different power among everyone in her family, was arranged marriage to the 'Useless Crown Prince' of the Empire. The Emperor was happy that at last, the two useless people found each other and he wouldn't bother thinking about the Crown Prince's marriage.

Kijhy looked at Zaren, "Are you telling me this because, with my power, it would be impossible unless I sacrifice myself?" It was a voice that sounded so heartbroken that for a while, Zaren was reminded of the woman he loved in his entire lifetime.

He nodded his head slowly, "Do you have a choice then? If you don't want to, just return to me the paintbrush and I'll take care of it instead."

Kijhy looked up at him when he raised his hand and gestured to her to return the paintbrush.

She said, "Why would I do that, Mister? You have already given me that paintbrush. If it's possible, can you tell me why is he in the paintbrush? Shouldn't he be somewhere hidden or more, somewhere that can protect him?"
