(Note: Tony Stark's POV)
The silence of the night enveloped Stark Mansion as Tony soared through the skies towards Quill's house. Below him, the city lights shimmered like distant stars, and the wind whispered secrets of destiny. However, Iron Man was not blind to the challenges that awaited him.
Whoosh!
Upon reaching his home and removing his armor, Tony joined his women for dinner as promised. As he entered the kitchen, he saw Peggy and Pepper – one helping the other, both completely unaware of his arrival.
Tony moved silently behind his wives and planted gentle kisses on Peggy, who was distracted.
"Wow, Tony!"
Pepper dropped her utensils, turned, and shared a deep kiss with him. After they pulled away, Peggy asked, "Did you accomplish everything you had planned, after all? You've been planning for a long time."
"Unfortunately, I still need to find the boy. Then everything will be over. On the way back, I managed to gather data about Ego's plant. Now, all that's left is the mini Celestial on Earth." With another kiss, they parted.
Tony then moved to his dear Redhead, who was shy but, given the amount of love actions they had taken, the girl was no longer blushing with embarrassment. After all, they were like rabbits in heat. (Note: I don't know if rabbits have heat or not, but imagine the one that vibrates and then falls into a orgasmic stupor. Hahaha.)
Their lips met in a deep kiss, expressing their affection and love for each other.
Amidst kisses and laughter, the night progressed at Stark Mansion. The aroma of a well-prepared dinner wafted through the air as Tony shared stories of his mystical journey with Peggy and Pepper. The room was filled with warmth and laughter, as if the mansion's walls absorbed the joy of that moment.
Meanwhile, downstairs, the metallic sounds of machines and the hum of welding continued to resonate. Tony was focused on enhancing his Arc reactor, bringing his vision of an improved armor to life. The sound was a mechanical symphony, a harmony of gears and electrical currents, a prelude to the next mission.
"You know, Stark, I'll never get used to this light and sound show you put on," Pepper said with a smile.
"Ah, my love, that's how I create magic!" Tony replied with a mischievous gleam in his eyes.
Outside, the night skies were a stage for Iron Man, flying in his resplendent armor. The stars seemed to twinkle in approval, witnessing the symbol of hope soaring over the city.
(Note: Change of Peter Quill's POV)
In the Quill household, the atmosphere was different. Sadness lingered in the air, but there were also moments of tenderness. Peter, with his new Walkman, immersed himself in the songs his mother had shared. Peter Quill had a sadness that shook his little heart, first the fact that his father was absent. Apparently, he went out to buy a cigarette and never came back. And now, his mother had cancer and would die soon.
Everyone kept it from him, but he overheard that she had only a few months left. So, he would live with his grandparents. After his parents were gone, he would be with his grandparents. And with a morbid thought, if his grandparents died, then he would be alone.
Increasing the volume to drown out the loneliness in his heart, the melody of the songs blended with Peter's tumultuous emotions. He tried to find solace in the music, letting himself be carried away by the chords and lyrics that his mother loved so much. Each note was a temporary escape from the painful reality surrounding him.
Sniff
The subtle sound of Peter sniffing indicated the tears he tried to hold back. He sat on the porch, looking at the starry sky. The stars were like little beacons shining in the darkness, and Peter imagined that perhaps his cosmic father was among them, watching over him.
Back at Stark Mansion, Tony was gathered with Peggy and Pepper in the living room. The glow of the Arc reactor reflected in his eyes as he shared his experiences. The conversation revolved around magic, science, and the unimaginable. Tony knew that the world was full of mysteries, and he was willing to unravel them, not just for himself but for those he loved.
After enjoying their dinner, they went to their rooms to make the most of the night. The next day, Tony would finish collecting the Celestial DNA. Luckily, on the return, he collected the Celestial Plant DNA. Otherwise, he would lose even more time.
(Note: Meredith Quill's POV, next morning)
She couldn't believe what had happened – a man appeared out of nowhere in her room, ready to heal her. Initially, she didn't believe it, but over time, talking to the young man, he simply knew too much. He arrived talking about her having met a being of light, her beloved husband, who gave her the Star-Lord.
And now she was healed, according to the doctor, the next day. When they went for routine tests, the results didn't match the values previously shown. So they had to redo the MRI. A miracle occurred with the MRI. How did this happen? Did that man really heal her? Does this mean...
Is my son also sick? Did the bastard of my husband really put something in our son? Who are we fooling here, the bastard impregnated me and just turned his back and went to buy a cigarette.
Anyway, this man said he would come back to see my little Quill. I hope he can save my son too. (Note: Yes, the fact that Peter Quill is sick is false, and everything is false to gain access to Quill and copy his Celestial DNA.)
With a tired sigh, she would have to wait for the doctor to finish the exams until apparently, she would be discharged. And miraculously, she would go home.
