Collecting Tom's Horcruxes

I plan to collect all of the Horcruxes and perform a soul-banishing ritual together later. There are 6 Horcruxes to search in the meantime:

- The diadem (waiting at the right time, together with Philosopher's stone)

- The locket (already obtained from Kreacher)

- The Cup

- Potter (will be kidnapped on a ritual day)

- Diary

- The ring

With my power as the Black Family's Head of House, I annul the marriage between Bellatrix Lestrange and Rodolphus Lestrange. Making her back to be Bellatrix Black. As she is now a family member, I have the right to search her properties. I take all of her possessions and transfer them all to the main vault. The cup is secured inside a magic-resistant mokeskin pouch along with the locket.

After all Bellatrix's possession is in my power, I banish her from the family. She is no longer a Black and family magic will not recognize her as one. The same thing also happens to Sirius Black. All his possessions were seized and his name banished. The Black family doesn't need rabid dogs (pun intended). My parents fully agreed.

After that, I visited the Gaunt's family shack. With my warding and curse-breaking skills, I expertly obtained the Ring and separate the ring and the stone. I put the ring-Horcrux inside the mokeskin bag. The stone is stored in the family vault. One deathly hollow was obtained.

I decided to just wait for the diary next year when the Weasley girl will get possessed over it. I honestly don't like her, and I want her dead. I will use the Slytherin Heir thing as an alibi. In reality, her body will be used as a sacrifice to the Black Family's altar as warding reinforcement.
