About the deal

"How is Jack, do you agree?" Carla asked.

"Okay! I agree with your plan. Then what next step should we do?"

Carla pressed her lips together while looking up at the building. "You'll see." Carla continued.

"In that case, okay"

Their conversation was over, it was time for their parents to ask Jack and Carla what the next plan was. Mrs. Sera and Mrs. Meisa hope Jack and Carla get engaged soon.

While enjoying dinner, Jack expressed all his wishes as agreed earlier. Hearing Jack's words, their parents glanced at each other.

"But for Mother, one month is a very long time," continued Mrs. Sera. "Isn't that so Mrs. Meisa?".

"Yes, we have the same opinion. It would be better if we just went straight to the main event. Why do you two know each other, in the long run the two of you will know each other," said Mrs. Meisa.

"Or maybe Carla doesn't agree with the Arrangement?" Ask Mr. Rafi.

"I agree!" Carla said spontaneously. Without realizing it, Jack looked at Carla sharply. Seeing this made Carla feel scared, because she wasn't used to seeing someone give such a horrible look.

"It's terrible! Why is he looking so terrible?" Carla muttered as she covered her face.

"Is that so? Then what makes you doubt Carla?" Ask Mr. Rafi, this is done to clarify everything.

Carla trembled slightly, her mouth shut. He didn't know what to say? Because if he answered not according to what Jack wanted, he might suffocate to death.

"You'd better ask Uncle's son directly. Because I don't want it if I'm the only one who gives the answer" Carla suggested this.

"You don't have to doubt Jack, because he was the first person to agree to this Arrangement and now I also want to hear directly from you Carla"

Carla is confused because Jack and his father have different opinions "How is this? Why are fathers and children different? This is for the good of mom and dad, I don't want to embarrass mom and dad. Even though Jack hates me with the answer I will give it doesn't matter" Carla thought .

"Carla why are you silent? Answer Mr. Rafi's question" Mrs. Meisa scolded.

"I agree mother! Whatever the decision of the mother and my father accept it" replied Carla.

"How sir! Is my daughter's answer clear?" Ask Mr. Reno.

"It's very clear, sir. Then we just have to decide when the engagement ceremony will take place," replied Mr. Rafi.

"How about next Sunday? Let's celebrate Jack's birthday together," said Mrs. Sera.

"Mother isn't that very urgent?" Whispered Jack.

"Unfortunately there is no urgent time. Think about it, if you delay it is not good. What's less, Carla? She is a very beautiful and kind girl. Besides that, she is also independent and her child is polite. Anyway, you can't refuse" Mrs. Sera returned whisper.

But this time his whisper made Jack's ears burn, he felt smoke. Jack's face turned red, his body suddenly broke out in hot and cold sweat. His emotions immediately peaked like flames that spread in all directions. Jack could only be speechless, holding back his anger. It is hidden in the heart. The conversation between Jack's parents and Carla's parents had come a long way. No one can argue.

Tomorrow.

Last night's meeting made Jack feel like he was dreaming and it was a very bad dream. Worse than the demon lord's attack.

Jack sat back holding the stuffed rabbit, every time he saw the doll Jack thought of Alma. But he could not meet, because they have a very far distance.

"Do I have to go back downtown to meet Alma?" Jack muttered "Arghhh... Why have I been thinking about Alma lately? Even though I and her don't have a special relationship" Jack said to himself.

"Knock...knock...knock!" Mrs. Sera knocked on Jack's door.

"Enter!" said Jack from inside.

"Tech!" The sound of the door opening.

"What's wrong mom?" asked Jack, when he saw Mrs. Sera walking towards him.

Mrs. Sera smiled sweetly, she could only give Jack a warm smile, because this was not the time to be angry. However Mrs. Sera had to understand how Jack felt, she couldn't be selfish like that.

"Mother deliberately wants to see you dear" Mrs. Sera replied, accidentally both of Mrs. Sera's eyes went to Jack's hands. Again he saw Jack holding the same doll.

"Whose doll is that?" Mrs. Sera asked curiously.

Jack immediately put the doll into the drawer "From a friend" Jack answered nonchalantly.

"Oh... Looks like it's worth it to you Jack"

"Neither mother!"

"As for dolls, we should just forget about it. Because there's someone more important."

"Who?" asked Jack.

"There's Carla downstairs! She just came to bring you breakfast, she said Mrs. Meisa made it especially for you" Mrs. Sera answered gently.

Jack was surprised, he frowned "Why did he come here? Did he deliberately seek face in front of my parents?" Jack thought, he also clenched his fists.

"I'm waiting for you downstairs. Poor thing, don't let the kids wait too long" Mrs. Sera whispered, she then left Jack's room.

Downstairs.

Carla who was sitting playing her cellphone in the living room. Mrs. Sera and Mr. Rafi were very happy to see the arrival of their future son-in-law.

"Why did you come down alone? Where's Jack?" Ask Mr. Rafi.

"Jack just finished bathing dad. Soon Jack will come downstairs" replied Mrs. Sera "Honey, what do you want to eat? Let Auntie prepare a special breakfast for you" Mrs. Sera asked Carla.

"Don't bother Auntie, whatever you serve I will definitely enjoy it"

"You can't be so dear! Because the guest is the king, so Auntie must prepare a menu that Auntie's guests like"

"Seriously Auntie!"

"Yes, you wait here, Auntie will make you the most delicious breakfast"

"May I help Auntie in the kitchen? Because I also want to learn to cook"

Carla is really good at finding face in front of Jack's parents. Though he was usually the laziest to go to the kitchen, but in order to win the hearts of Jack's family he was willing to do anything.

Meanwhile, Jack doesn't know what Carla's real goal is? Because last night's plan didn't match reality at all. The proof is now he suddenly came without confirming with Jack first. Jack suspected Carla that she had other goals, which made no sense at all.
