Riku Vs Kakashi

"Ok last up we have Kakashi Hatake vs Riku Tanaka!"

This is the must-see match of the class. These two kids are the ones with the most promising talent and skills currently. Riku walked up to the platform, sign to Kakashi then waited for the signal to begin. Riku was super pumped for this fight, if he wins this he will grab the attention of the Hokage and better secure his spot as a genius.

"Match, BEGIN" Shouted the teacher!

Unlike the battle between Riku and Guy, neither Kakashi nor Riku rushed straight into the battle. They just stared at each other for a solid 5 seconds before Kakashi made his mind up and sprinted full force over to Riku trying to catch him off guard. Riku seeing him do that also started sprinting, when they met up Kakashi sent out a full-force punch.

Riku then replied with a punch hitting Kakashi's fist and sending him staggering back a few steps. Riku didn't waste any time and sent another fist this time at Kakashi's face. Kakashi then rolled to the right dodging and did what Riku had been expecting, he did some hand signs for a ninjutsu.

"Earth Style: Earthquake Slam"

Kakashi released a C-tier ninjutsu that destroyed the platform and was headed right for Riku. Everyone watching this was astounded that a kid who hasn't even attended a formal class yet could release a C-tier ninjutsu, you normally have to be at least a genin to use that caliber of a Jutsu! The teacher watching this didn't know if he could believe his eyes, this sheer amount of talent.

Feeling the ground shake beneath him Riku couldn't avoid it so he ran towards it! He jumped around the arising rocks and found his way to Kakashi to begin a taijutsu fight. Riku had the upper hand in taijutsu as no one his age had as much of a tempered body as him. Also for the past 2 weeks, he has been training his Hidden Leaf Taijutsu style as much as he could.

This led Kakashi to an easy disadvantage and caused him to make mistakes and he ended up losing the battle as he couldn't make more of a distance to release another Jutsu.

"Ok, with all the matches done, it's time to announce the rankings."

With that the teacher announced that 1st place was Riku, 2nd place was Kakashi, and 3rd place with Guy. Even though Guy lost in the first round, his skill was shown through that fight alone. After that, they had a lunch break and continued with the day.

**********Time Skip(5 days)**********

For the past 5 days, Riku has gone to school, then afterward spent the rest of the day practicing taijutsu and physique with Guy. Riku also thought that it would be a good time to start learning his chakra control. He initially wanted to wait for the Shadow Clone Jutsu but decide that he would be behind if he waited that long.

Today Riku had no school so he practiced taijutsu with Guy for 5 hours had lunch then started his first chakra control session. Having good chakra control is extremely vital to all ninjas, as it is what helps you save chakra when using ninjutsu. Good chakra control can also help with healing and speed. Healing Jutsu requires very high chakra control and the Body Flicker technique also requires semi-high chakra control if you want to be fast.

Riku knows that a speed ninja is the most dangerous type of ninja and that's the type he wants to be. He wants to develop his version of the Body Flicker technique, kinda like how Shisui Uchiha does in the future. Riku started by climbing trees and realized very fast that he had an unnaturally high talent for chakra control. He was able to grasp walking on trees in 7 minutes. So then he now went over to the lake nearby and started trying to walk on the water.

Again his talent surprised him as he was able to walk on water in 12 minutes. But now all wet and with the sun setting Riku called it a day and headed home.

"I'm home auntie," shouted Riku.

"Riku I'm in the kitchen, can you come here please." replied his aunt Hina

Riku was a little puzzled by the serious tone in her voice. He walked into the kitchen and saw his aunt sitting down at the table with someone. He was a middle-aged man with a triangular hat that had the word "Fire" on it. It was the 3rd Hokage Hiruzen Sarutobi
