Chapter 10: It's Almost Summer

The Next Day Tyrone,Carl and Kristine came to school and were in class when the counselor referred some messages through the hallway and classroom speakers

Counselor: Good morning students,hope you all are prepared cause its almost summer break and that brings up the annual exams which would begin in two weeks time so you have just only a week to prepare the time tables have been pasted at the notice board and I believe the teachers are already done with their teaches so every one of you has to take this exam seriously especially the grade six students,this exams would determine if you leave this school and chase your various dreams or have to repeat the class lastly guess what today is (talking in excitement) it's the principal birthday so officially no class are to be held (all students shouts in excitement) good luck students and have a fun day, Happy Birthday Mr principal (refering to the principal).

Tyrone: (looks at Carl) its now or never bro

Carl: (nods his head)

Kristine who was still sad of how she made Tyrone feel the other day stood up from her chair and walks towards Carl and Tyrone sitting at the back

Kristine: hey Carl, hey Tyrone

Carl replies while Tyrone kept quiet

Carl: what's up Kristine

Kristine: nothing much just wanted to ask how your Dad doing

Carl: his fine now was discharged yesterday,thanks for your concern

Kristine: you are welcome (smiling) and Tyrone i never thanked you for yesterday i really enjoyed myself hope who could go some other time if that okay with you

Tyrone looks at Carl who nodded his head for Tyrone to give it chance

Tyrone: yeah sure I would love that but you are treating me(smiling)

Kristine: sure no problem

Carl: hold on! hold on!! hold on!!! does this am not invited

Kristine: of course you are invited

Tyrone: and we will have your favorite (smirking)

Carl: (feeling proud of himself) that's more I like it

both Tyrone and Kristine starting laughing and Carl joins them

Tyrone: whose up for some coffee after school

Carl: am in (raising his hand)

Kristine: nah I will pass have something to attend to maybe next time

Tyrone: sure no problem

Kristine: later guys

Kristine goes back to her sit where she takes her belongings and leaves the class

Carl: looks like you have the upper hand bro

Tyrone: yeah yeah,its like she actually likes me

Carl: come on man give it time,she will come around you might even me surprise she will be the one to ask you out(smiles and fistbumps Tyrone on the chest)

Tyrone: shut up you dummy (grabs Carl on his neck and tries to squeeze it)

Fred walks into them interrupting their play fight

Fred: hey knuckle head,seems like you actually got a scholarship into let's dance crew academy but that doesn't mean you are any better than I am just don't get in my way(turns around and leaves)
