**We need to talk **

Alexander got off the bed, and moved to the couch where Brian was seated, he sat next to him " What do you want to know Daddy?" Alexander asked, he was still excited about the fact that he had a father.

Brian pinches his chin playful with a smile " I'm so happy to hear you calling me dad, Tell me about yesterday" Brian said, he could not get a wink of sleep thinking about what Alexander said about having superpowers.

Alexander Explained everything that happened at the castle " You see daddy, I'm strong, I taught that big bear a big lesson, he will not mistreat his people again, but daddy, those people live underwater right? the king looked scary " Alexander said.

Brian parted his lips in disbelief, he could not believe that his son was more powerful than he is, If he was more powerful than the king of underwater vipers, he was like an antenna to him " Don't think too much about this Okay, I need to talk to your mom, take this, a play some music and games" Brian said handing over his phone to Alexander.

Alexander nodded his head and took the phone, he went back to bed.

After 5 minutes Melody stepped out of the bathroom, walked to a bed, and sat on the bed. Melody raised her eyebrows and gave Brian a glassy stare, she was still angry with Brian for erasing her memory" I need to go back home " she said, seizing Brian's attention.

" uh", he cleared his throat, he got up from the couch and strode to the bed, he sat next to Melody " We need to talk, " Brian said, he mind linked his mother, and in no time she was already knocking at the door

" Come in," Brian said. Naina opened the door and entered the room. " Good Morning Melody, did you have a nice sleep? " Naina greeted, closing the door behind her.

Melody shook her head softly "My night was good, thank you, don't know about yours " Melody said.

Naina's eyes sparked with happiness" I'm so happy to have you here, can I play with him " Naina asked, pointing at the bed.

Melody widened her eyes, she did not want to refuse, but she knew that this son of hers was up to no good " Uh... " scratches her neck, she was embarrassed that her son will trouble the lady " you can go with him, but he is troublesome if you don't mind " Melody said.

Naina could not help but giggle" don't worry, I know how to deal with him," she said walking to the bed, she removed one of Alexander's earphones " Good morning little guy," she said with a smile.

Alexander looked at Naina in a daze, he leaned forward and reached out and touched her face "Are you, granny, why are you not old like that big bear? " he asked with raised eyebrows.

Melody sighed heavily, that was her son for her " Alex! She is older than me, she is your Granny. How can you ask such a thing? Now quietly go with her, she will bathe and give you breakfast, don't be rude. " she said.

Naina could not help but chuckle, " let's go little guy," she said, offering him her hand, to help him get off the bed. The two of them walked out of the room leaving Brian and Melody behind.

"Uh...." She cleared her throat" What did you want to talk about? " she asked, she was starting to feel nervous.

Brian pulled his brows in, looking at Melody" Melody I'm sorry, for everything I did to you, please find it in your heart to forgive me, I love you, Melody, that it breaks my heart, seeing you looking at me with that hateful gaze, I waited for you for 5 years, I know I was wrong and I regret it, please give me another chance " Brian said, he glanced at Melody, waiting for her response.

MELODY felt weak in the knees, her eyes shining with tears," I don't know what to say but you did what you had to do, I don't blame you, but I blame my mom for leaving me alone, only if she did not leave me alone, things would have been better" Melody said wiping her tears.

Brian shook his head in denial, "It's all my fault, I gave you a child unexpectedly and I erased your memories leaving you all alone, even though I did it for the both of you, I still feel guilty, please give me another chance, to prove my self, I don't want you to always remember my beast side " Brian said, he took Melody's hand into his looking into her eyes.

Melody opened her mouth, but no words came out of his mouth, tears dripping from her face. Brian pulled her into his arms.

Naina walked out of Brian's room holding Alexander's hand.

" Alexander, don't you like me? " Naina stopped walking and narrowed her eyes.

Alexander stopped walking and raised his eyebrows, gazing at Naina " umm I don't like you " he said.

Naina suddenly become still, and her eyes widened " But why I'm your granny " Naina pursued her lips

Brian smiled looking at his cute Granny " I don't like you, but I love you Granny" he said.

Naina wiggled his eyebrows looking at Alexander, her lips still pursed" I love you more, why did you have to make me feel bad?" Naina asked.

Alexander smiled, before he could reply, he was someone standing in front of them.

Liam raised his eyebrows, in confusion" Who's a child is this?" he asked looking at Naina.

" He is your grandson," Naina said casually.

Liam gasped in shock, he shuffled a back step, he almost lost balance and nearly fell. " Didn't you say, that girl was dead with her child, how come this child is still alive? " he asked, shock evident on his face, he thought, Melody died and her child, he was happy because he wanted Brian to marry Patricia.

Alexander reads their mind, he got to know what happened to his mother and how he was born, and all thank him for his so-called powers, he frowned looking at Liam " So you wanted my mommy to die with me so that, you will get my daddy married, to Patricia, who is this Patricia lady? " he asked.

Liam suddenly stiffened, and his eyes widened in shock " How..... how did you know what I was thinking" he was beyond shocked, no one was able to read his mind, other than those vampires who were more powerful than him.

Alexander snorted, shaking his head slightly" I will not tell you, you are very bad, I hate you " Alexander tilted his head to the side and pursed his lips.

Naina glared at Liam coldly " You are making him angry, what is wrong with you, move on our way " Naina said, she took Alexander's hand and walked away from him.

Liam covered his mouth with his head, he never in a wilderness dream thought that this child would turn out to be this powerful" I will have to use this to my advantage" he thought. with a wicked smirk on his face

Naina took Alexander to the bathroom and bathed him, she changed his clothes, and stepped out of the room, hand in hand. Naina opened the chair for Alexander to sit as soon as they reached the dinner table, and she sat next to him.

Alexander smiled " good morning Granny " he greeted.

Amelia smiled " morning, did you have a good night," she asked.

Alexander nodded his head, he frowned looking at Samuel and Maq " Hello two uncles " he greeted.

Samuel smiled looking at the cute boy" Hi little guy, I'm your uncle Samuel, and this is Maq " he said.

" Nice to meet you, little guy," Maq said with a smile

Alexander smiled, " I'm happy to have a big family, you like me right," He asked, biting his lips. waiting for their response

" We all love you, so much, " Samuel and Maq said at once, smiling at Alexander.

Alexander smiled in satisfaction, he frowned when his eyes fall on Patricia who had a sour expression on her face, " Granny, is this Patricia? " he whispered, Patricia heard him very well, and her mood became worse

Naina shot Patricia a deadly glare, for a brief moment, and tilted her head, facing Alexander" Yes, she is Patricia. " Naina whispered.
