Sisters meeting after 5 years.

The next day. Melody was the first one to wake up, preparing herself for the new day, she walked out of her room, only to find her mother in the kitchen, wearing an apron, Melody frowned, looking at her mother, who seem like she was cooking, " Who permitted you to use my kitchen" Melody crossed her arm on her chest, throwing her mother a questioning gaze.

Amelia swivelled her head, looking at Melody, in annoyance, she did not want to waste so much time convincing her that she had good intentions " What do you mean? I'm making breakfast for my daughter and grandson of course." Amelia declared,

Melody glared at Amelia, in anger, she did not want to accept her as her mother, where was she all these years, she had suffered, and she want to come out of no way, saying she was her mother, in Melody's opinion it was insanity, she could not accept her " Who is your daughter?, don't get any wrong idea, because I brought you here, I don't consider you my mother, my mom died when I was a small baby " Melody pointed at the door with her finger " Leave my kitchen, don't ever come here again without my permission" Melody said.

Amelia swallowed her anger and annoyance, and walked out of the kitchen, leaving melody alone. Melody did not bother looking at Amelia, she was suspicious of her, and she did not want to trust anyone, with Alexander's power, everyone would want to use him for their selfish reason.

After 30 minutes in the kitchen, Melody was done making breakfast, she served the food in the dining room. When she was done, she put two plates of food on the tray and took them upstairs to Alexander's room. When she arrived at his door, she could not open it with her hands full, so she kicked the door with her heel open. " Good Morning my dear son " Melody greeted, putting the tray of food on the bed.

Alexander continued to comb his hair, he treated Melody like she didn't exist at all. Melody smiled, sitting on Alexander's bed, " Alex this is my house, you will not give me that attitude, in my own house, if you don't want to find yourself outside the house, you will come here and eat your food quietly " Melody said, taking one plate of food, and started eating her food.

Alexander knew that once his mother made up her mind, it was hard to change it. He did not want to find him sleeping outside the house, thus he moved to the bed, sat next to his mother, and ate his food without saying a word to Melody.

Melody smirked looking at her son, what can she do?, blackmailing him was the only solution to her all problems, she was afraid that this son of hers will throw her into the den of wolves one day, If she allows him to control her, making her do what he wants.

In no time they finished eating their breakfast, Melody did not collect the dishes, she had already called for a maid to clean the house, so when they finished eating, they stepped out of Alexandra's room.

Arriving in the dining room, Melody took her bag and car keys. " Let's go, Alex " Melody said, she was about to walk out, when her mother stopped her " Aren't you going to leave Alexander here with me?" she asked. Alexander was the reason she was here, how? Can she let him go out of her sight?

Melody halted, her steps raising her eyebrows" I don't need help with my son, you better find a job to do cause, you won't be here for long " Melody said. Alexander did not even utter a word, he could not afford to anger his mother.

Both Alexander and Melody walked out of the house leaving Amelia alone.

After 1 hour of driving, they finally arrived at the hotel. Melody parked the car at the park a lot, and they got out of the car, heading inside the hotel.

"Good morning Ma'am and young sir" greeted the lady at the receptionist with a smile.

Melody smiled showing her beautiful smile " Morning" she greeted back.

" Ma'am someone is waiting for you in the waiting room," The lady said.

Melody frowned hearing what the lady said, and the first person she thought of was Brian " Okay send that person to my office" Melody said, walking to her office.

Arriving in her office, she put her Bag on the couch, while Alexander olso sat on the couch. Melody moved to her chair and sat down, and started checking out the paperwork. After 30 minutes. There was a knock on the door.

*knock*

" Come in," Melody said.

Minami opened the door and stepped inside the office, and closed the door behind her.

Melody opened her mouth in shock, unable to believe what she was seeing, the memory of everything that happened in her childhood flashed through her mind, how Minami treated her, and remembering all these Memories her heart got filled with hatred, so much hate that no one could imagine, she composed herself, when she saw Minami standing in front of her.

" Sit," Melody said in a flat voice.

Minami pulled the chair and sat down facing Melody.

Melody curled her lips, playing with the pen she was holding" Don't tell me you want me to ask you the reason you are here, as you can see I'm busy, I don't have time to play " Melody said nonchalantly.

Minami glared at Melody, anger evident on her face " I want to work here as your manager" Minami flashed a cold smile showing her insincereness.

Melody raised her eyebrows in disbelief, " And what makes you think you are fit to be my manager? What qualifications do you have? " Melody asked with sarcasm in her tone.

Minami took out her CV and put it on the table, " I'm more than qualified, you can check my CV " Minami smirked.

Melody ignored the file, she was given by Minami to check and stared at her face " The only job I can offer you is to clean the toilets, floor, and the windows, take it or leave it " Melody said nonchalantly.

Minami pounded her fists against her thighs, under the table, her face turned red in anger " How can you do this to me?, did you forget that I'm your sister? " Minami yelled.

Melody snickered, looking at Minami " We are step sisters. Why are you unemployed, you have a degree in business administration right?" Melody smiled, and looked at Minami. "Do you remember when I worked for you and your family, to eat, for you to go to school ?Back then I had no mother to stand up for me, your mother treated me like trash, you were the Princess at that time, right? Melody's eyes turned cold, glaring at Minami, " I want you to go through, what I had gone through, every single thing, I want you to feel, what I felt at that time " Melody said.

Minami smirked while listening to Melody, " You want to make me feel bad, but unfortunately, I'm not, I will take away everything from you, you don't deserve everything you have, " she said, glaring at the melody coldly.

Alexander who was watching everything, he was shocked when he started to see the images of how his mother was treated in her childhood, he wanted to punish Minami but his superpower did not work in a human town.'I wish this lady would agree with what mommy is saying 'he thought in his head.

Melody widened her eyes, amazed by Minami. " Are you going to take a job or not?" Melody asked with a smirk.

Minami suddenly became still, like something had taken control over her " I will take the job, where do I start? " she said like a robot.

Melody smiled, looking at Minami " good girl " she said, she opened her shelf drawer and took out the keys" here take this, this is the key that you will use, to open the toilet doors " she said handing the car to Minami

Minami took the keys and walked out of the office.
