Chapter 27

[1 YEAR LATER ]

Within a few minutes, both Minami and Mimmy entered the cabin. " Ma'am I've brought her here. '' Mimmy said with a shivering tone.

" Okay, I want you to show this man around the building. " Melody said with a flat tone.

Mimmy frowned looking at Samual who had a smirk on his lips, she wanted to ask who he was but looking at Melody's cold expression she gave up the idea and just nodded her head.

" Let's go, sir," Mommy said without wanting to be scolded by Melody.

' Geez this girl is so beautiful, I'm so fascinated by her voice .' Samuel mused as he stared at Mimmy's petite body. " Okay, I can't refuse to have such a beautiful woman accompanying me. " Samuel said with a smirk.

Mimmy pressed her lips into a white slash, she wanted to say something to the unknown man but she could swallow her annoyance because her so-called lady boss was in a bad mood she might as well end up jobless. " This way sir. " She said with a straight face.

Both Samuel and Mimmy left the cabin leaving Minami and Melody.

" Why did you call me here? " Minami I

asked.

" I called you here so that I can notify you about your new duties. '' Melody played with the pen in her hand as she raised her head to glance at Minami making sure she was listening to her. '' From today onwards you are responsible for cleaning half of the hotel and after that, you will be needed at the restaurant from around 7 a.m. until 10 p.m., I don't know how you will pull this off but it's a must. You may leave. " Melody said.

Minami flashed a smirk, " Melody, who do you think you are to give me so much work? Did you forget that I'm your sister? " Minami sneered looking at Melody coldly. " Don't forget that it was my mother who raised you and fed you when your mother died. Is this how you are going to pay us back? " She asked, crossing her hands on her chest.

Melody flashed a wide grin, " I love you in such a way that I can't bear to see you starve to death because of your beautiful polished nail or your beautiful hands that don't want to work. So go and start working before I do something you will regret. I'm sure you don't want me to punish your dear mother for your mistakes. " Melody said with a smirk lingering on her face.

" I hate you so much Melody, I hope you rot in hell," Minami yelled angrily and stormed out of the cabin.

" You will thank me later. Melody yelled back and started checking the paperwork in front of her.

Back to Mimmy and Samuel.

" I've seen all the important places of this hotel all thanks to you. '' Samuel started as they walked past the hotel rooms.

Mommy forced a smile without wanting to offend Samuel. " I was just doing my job sir, there's no need to thank me. '' She said politely.

Samuel shook his head in amusement, he could clearly see that she was getting angry with every passing second but he could not help it. " Stop with the formalities, you can call me Samuel. What's your name? " He asked if they would keep walking past the hotel rooms.

" My name is Mirriam but everyone here calls me Mommy. '' Mommy said with a straight face.

" Your name is beautiful as you are. " Samuel said...

" Okay, that's enough! " Mimmy tilted her body and face Samuel her eyebrow squished together in annoyance."Do you think I can't see what your intention is? I know boys like you. " She points at him with her finger, her facial expressions cold. "Don't try to play smart with me and stay within your limits, I'm being polite with you because my boss asked me to. Don't think I'm doing it on my own accord. " Mimmy burst out and walked away leaving Samuel alone with a hung open mouth. ' So fierce, that's how I like my girl to be. You are mine from today and I will win over you. But why do I feel like you are different from humans .' Samuel mused in confusion.

Days flew by, Without having any choice Melody and Samuel became good friends. Samuel tried his best to make Mimmy his girlfriend, but she was cold like a wall made of ice that he could not get through to her but he did not give up because he fell for her every single day he saw her and his love for her deepened with every rejection he got from her. Minami worked day and night without getting any breaks. The spell that Alexandra cast on her was so strong that she could not even refuse anything that Melody said even if she wanted to. She now looked so pale and thin like a hungry zombie, Melody was satisfied with how she looked she was willing to forgive and forget.

It was already late at night around 11a.m and Minami was on her way home. She was so tired that her whole body was aching like someone was sewing her with needles. Her heart started racing when she saw a bunch of three men coming on her way. She was so tired that she had no energy to run or go back to where she came from, so she decided to keep on walking. They were just passing by, they couldn't possibly do anything to her, that's what she told herself.

" Wow! Wow! Look at what we have here, " One of the men said when they reached closer to Minami.

" She is such a fine girl, my hands are itching to touch this flawless skin of hers. Even in the dark, she looks so hot. " The other man said.

" We will have our ways with her, no one will see us or suspect us after all. " The other man said.

Minami clenched her arm to her chest, and her heart started beating heavily against her chest. She wanted to run far away from her but she had no energy left in her body. She was so tired that even her feet were aching.

One of the men pulled her closer to them by her hair as the other man tore the top apart.

" Please don't do this to me I beg of you," Minami said as she started weeping her body shuddering in fear, she tried to break free from them but they were too strong for her to fight, she could not stop her tears when all of her clothes were on the ground.
