The group continued running back to the base and watched as the Soul Beast's Haki kept on bombarding the walls.

Yami glanced at Lihua, who had a serious face, and toward the back, where the Warrior rank trainees were running for their lives.

"Ah! Why did we get to this mess!" Gang exclaimed while crying out loud. Several warrior-rank Combatants had been looking at him since they got persuaded by Gang to enter the forbidden area, and now their lives were in danger.

"Why are you wearing a black cloak? You look weird," Lihua stated while looking at Yami's attire. "don't tell me— "

"Yes, I'm using my Stygian vessel, but since it does not belong in the Defender base. My identity will be at risk," Yami stated and showed Lihua his soul ring.

"Why did you use it knowing the risk of your identity being known?" Lihua asked. She was confused at Yami's actions.
