It has been an hour since Yami and Lihua had waited for any portal in their area, but none appeared. They could hear the yelling and house crumbling from the distance where the fighting has been started.
"I think we went to a dead portal place," Yami muttered and laid back. He hated that no quest was directed in his way, but the peace was paying for it.
"I guess so, but at least. We still get paid for doing nothing," Lihua groaned while stretching her body. She sat up and looked at Ying.
"I'm curious. What it's like in your world," Lihua whispered and focused her attention on Yami.
Yami chuckled while shaking his head. "You don't want to know."
"Why?" Lihua whined. She was eager to know about Yami's world and wanted to compare it to theirs. "I'm your mentor. I want to know."
