Chapter 1

(Author Here👋 This is a revised version of this chapter, as I was a little young when I made this 2 years ago but for new readers it didn't change much, but did a lot of grammar check)

Anyways.... Back to the Story

-I Died

---

Here I am, getting hit by the infamous truck-kun. As I slowly lose consciousness, I can hear people screaming for help and calling an ambulance. Oh well...

My name's Tyler Williams, I'm 26 years old, and I have two older siblings. Let's just say my family has a significant reputation. My mom is a famous lawyer, and my dad is a well-known doctor. Growing up, our parents had high expectations for us.

Unfortunately, I'm the disappointing child who gets compared to my siblings' achievements. My older brother Michael has always been the overachiever, excelling in academics and always being top of his class. As for me? I'm just average. My grades are neither too high nor too low—just "average." I study hard, sometimes to the point of exhaustion, but no matter how much effort I put in, I always end up in the middle. My other sibling, Jasmine, also had moderate grades, but she made up for it by being athletic. She even went to the Olympics and won a silver medal.

And then there's me, your average Joe, constantly feeling the pressure of being compared to my outstanding siblings. Both Michael and Jasmine were always kind and humble, reassuring me that I would find my path someday. I love my family; my brother and sister have always been supportive, helping me with studies and encouraging me not to let others' opinions get to me.

However, my parents weren't as understanding. They didn't like my "average" status and often pressured me, comparing me to my siblings or the neighbor's kid who was my age. This constant pressure was mentally exhausting, but I kept it hidden from my siblings because I didn't want them to worry when they already did so much for me.

Growing up, my only escape was anime. I stumbled upon it one day after my mom scolded me for getting a B+ on a test while our neighbor's son got an A+. My siblings defended me, but I needed a distraction, so I put on my earphones and found One Piece. It quickly became one of my favorite shows, and I soon discovered a whole world of anime and manga, from Naruto and Dragon Ball to Bleach, Attack on Titan, Demon Slayer, and many more.

-Present Time-

As my consciousness fades, I find myself in the classic reincarnation scenario. I was walking on the sidewalk, looking up a manga to read, when a truck suddenly hit me. My thoughts drift to my siblings, hoping they live great lives, and feeling sad that I couldn't say goodbye.
