Infatuated

Jin-joo tried to brush those naughty conversations outta her head, picking the tablets, "It alright, let's forget about that right now and take your evening pills."

"No I don't want them," She crossed her arms and made a grumpy face like a baby.

Jin-joo chuckled and tried to sneakily shove it into her mouth, "Come on Aunt, stop being a baby, open up please. Go on, you can do this–yeah, that's more like Aunt Petra." Jin-joo beamed after she shoved it into her mouth.

Drinking the glass of water to half, "Thank you sweetheart."

"For what?"

"For your help today," Petra smiled. After Jin-joo and Petra left the restaurant, Petra started complaining of sudden headache and body pains. Jin-joo had to rush her to the nearby hospital for medical treatment.

Holding her hands in hers, Petra smiled, "Please don't thank me Aunt, you're just like my mother." Lowering her head in dejection, she sighed, "But unfortunately she's in the coma right now just because of what an heartless woman did to her."

"I'm so sorry about your mother's condition Jin-joo, I hope she gets well soon."

"Yes Aunt, she will, but before then, I have to find justice for her. I need to deal with that woman's family mercilessly."

"I support you on that one my dear. You have to do it for your mother's sake." When Jin-joo gave her a sweet smile, she caressed her face.

Opening the door, "Mom I'm–" Sebastian stopped midway when he saw a familiar woman inside his mother's room.

"Ah, Sebastian you are here." Petra beamed.

As soon as Jin-joo turned around to see who it was, their eyes locked and she couldn't take her eyes off his.

They were both staring at each other awkwardly for a very long while.

Meanwhile Petra was busy observing their long and weird stare but she didn't make a sound neither did she say a single word. She was busy smiling and beaming inside of her because she wanted Sebastian and Jin-joo to infatuate.

Clearing his throat, Sebastian fixed his cufflinks and broke his awkward stare from Jin-joo. Looking at Petra, "Mom, I called out for you several times but you kept quiet."

"Yes, that's because she–"

Cutting Jin-joo off, he remarked, "I wasn't talking to you," Walking towards Petra, he squatted down in front of her, "Mom, are you alright? Your appearance seems paled like you're troubled."

Cupping his face, she kissed the top of his head and smiled, "Am fine sweetheart, I was just having a slight headache but thanks to Jin-joo here, whom helped me with the medications."

Without sparing a glare at Jin-joo, Sebastian panickly stated, "Mom I always tell you, whenever you're having slight aches you should always remember to call me."

"I wish I would but I didn't want to trouble you, you've been through a lot lately and bothering you with such little things could look wanly."

"Mom, there's nothing wanly when it comes to you, okay?" Looking at the empty plate and glass, he sighed, "Good thing you've eaten."

"All thanks to Jin-joo for–"

Cutting her off, Jin-joo chuckled, "It alright Aunt, you've thanked me countless times already." Grabbing her bag, she stood up and pecked her cheek, "Goodnight Aunt, I need to be on my way now."

"Alright, please take good care of yourself."

Walking towards the door, "Yes I will and you too. Don't forget to take your schedule dose."

"Jin,"

Turning around, "Yes Aunt,"

"Would you mind coming to see me tomorrow?" Without waiting for her reply, she added, "Please don't say no, its weekend."

"Of course I'll come to check on you." She smiled and left.

Scrunching his brows, Sebastian inquired, "Mom, what the hell was she doing here? Who invited her over and who gave her the permission to talk with you?"

Flicking his head, Petra chuckled, "Are you jealous? Jin is a nice girl, I meant her at the shopping mall today." Taking her phone out, she showed several photos of them to him, "Take a look at these, I know you watched the live video I made, didn't you?"

Taking the phone from her, Sebastian wanted to toss it aside but when his eyes gaze at the other woman standing beside his mother, he couldn't help but stare at her constantly.
