"Can you bring me once a month? Follow my arrangements?" Chen Hansheng asked with certainty.

He said cautiously, "Since it is a partnership, what do I need to do?"

Wang Wen gestured five with his full palm. "Prepare at least 500 tower climbers to create 100 teams. You will monitor my monthly supply requests as my personal resource team. You shall pay staff salaries and other perks."

"Team?" Chen Hansheng was confused. "That's okay. We can even do 5,000 men. However, their strengths will vary."
