Man of the forest

Silas couldn't hold it anymore, hearing comments like that on his mother. He can take it if it was only him but dragging his parents in he will never accept it.

Silas grabbed the tray from beside him and pushed his leg away from his face making the bully wobbly and plopping on the ground.

Silas got up from the ground and stood infront the ground, and without any further notice he hit him with the tray on his hand.

The whole room turned silent seeing Silas hit him like that. Blood oozes out from the wound at the side of the wounds. Even Jasper, the person who got hit was quite astonished by it.

Silas was never a guy who rebelled against anything no matter what and definitely not against Jasper. He technically rules the school, going against him means calling death.

"What are you waiting for? Catch that b*tch!" Jasper ordered his minions and it didn't take long for them to get out of being dazed and pinned Silas down to the wall and hit him like no end.

They didn't let Silas until Jasper was satisfied, he almost died, seeing Silas lay half dead on the ground satisfied Jasper.

Stopping his people, Jasper squatted down to be on his level and yanked his dark hair to lift his head up.

"Next time I will make sure you die, you son of a b*tch." Jasper warned and let go of his hair. Leaving the canteen with his people.

Silas saw them left, somewhere dragging his old injured body as he walked out of the school. This place was his worst nightmare. If he could leave this place he would happily but he was nowhere to be able to do that.

Silas went to the waterfall behind the school, which was covered by a few trees and around a mile away from the school boundary.

Everytime Silas wants to escape he goes there. A perfect hideout for someone like him. Even with all those injuries, Silas didn't stop dragging his body to the place. Luckily there was no one to stop him from walking out until.

A young girl ran past him, jumped out from the wall in one go.

"..." Silas was speechless to the point that nothing came out of his mind. This was lunch break, no one came to this place other than him.

The girl stopped sprinting and looked back at him. She didn't go further, her chocolate shade hairs let down freely to her waist.

Few fringes at the front on both sides. Her almond eyes held the hazel orbs that looked like liquid gold crafted into a sphere who shone the most when met with light.

Her lips parted into a devious smirk, something about her felt like she fell from the moon.

Crystal walked back to him, and looked at his wounded face. Silas was still stuck by her beauty, but feeling her stare. He tried to hide his face with his hand.

"Are you going to the waterfall too?" Crystal asked, ignoring his wound. Getting the vague idea that he didn't want her to ask or stare at it.

Silas didn't speak much and just nodded. He was still astonished that someone knew of that place other than him.

"Perfect!" Crystal exclaimed and grabbed his hand, almost dragging him out of the boundary. She let go once they put off the school boundary.

"Sorry, but guards would see us if we didn't walk faster there." Crystal explained the reason why she did that and let go of his arm and walked before him. Silas just shook his head in affirmation.

He was quiet and just followed her on the trail, somehow controlling the pain.

"What's your name?" Crystal asked, turning around to face him still walking. She kept smiling and didn't look like she was curious about his wound.

Silas couldn't stop his heart pounding when she turned abruptly, her facial features more clear and distinct than ever. Silas averted his gaze, trying to stop himself from blushing.

"Silas…" Silas responded, not keeping an eye on her.

Crystal stopped on her tracks and smirked, biting her lower lips seductively. Silas who was not much focused on her and just about to bump into her. He took a step back feeling he violated her.

Instead, Crystal didn't say anything, and went closer to her. Flustered, Silas took a few steps back until he was pinned up onto the pine tree behind him.

Crystal put both her head on each side not giving him a chance to escape. Her forehead only reached his chin at most but still he feared her.

"Man of the forest?" Crystal asked, looking up at him. Raising a brow as if something was going in her mind.

Silas gulped in fear and nodded as reply. Crystal smirked and tiptoed closer to his face. "How worse is your injury? Can you do tenacious activities?" Crystal interrogated, looking straight up into his eyes.

Silas was dumbfounded by her questions. Tenacious activity? His mind could only think of one and it makes him tremble to the bones. How could there be such brazen women?

"as of what kind…" Silas asked, swallowing hard. Hoping he was just misunderstanding her intentions.

Crystal chuckled seeing how innocent he was. Make her want to spoil him and make him hers.

"Hmm, let's keep it for next time." Crystal letting go of her, and winking at him and moving on.

"..." Silas was left speechless by her again. One moment she is brazen and bold making moves on him and the next moment she is not.

And they have not even known each other for more than ten minutes now. But what Silas didn't know back then was that this encounter would decide the fate of not only this life but the next life too…
