meeting Leiath
I opened my eyes I saw a young girl that seemed to be the age of 5 or 6 did I travel to the future? -
she had purple hair with a sliver line in the middle - I looked down and saw she had a tail
was she a demon? - I looked into her eyes they were rainbow with silver sparks
she paused and analyzed me as well-
"Daddy! -" she ran up and hugged me
I hugged her back- there was a little joy I felt-
she nuzzled her head against me, and her tail wrapped around my leg
"That's enough Leiath-" I replied
she released
"I was just trying to make daddy happy- I could tell you were distressed- this always helps daddy-" she replied
"Leiath how many times have you done this?" I asked
"I don't know- I just did it a lot- since daddy struggled alot and only has half a soul- I was able to heal it but I couldn't make it full only mommy can do that-" she replied
"Leiath- what is my soul at?" I replied
"It's currently at half but when you leave this world it will be 25%" she replied
"Why will it decrease by half?" I asked
"Well, it's already half and you appeared here it was already 25%- so it will revert to what it was- since I won't be able to keep it like this- since I don't have any power in that world-" she replied
"Is that because this is the future?" I asked
"Yes- sort of- it's a bit complex to explain but- you aren't my daddy- at least not yet-your character- hasn't improved- my daddy- only cared about- well it was more of an obsession
he would do anything to win mommy back- even f*ck other mommy- she still created us-
but her name- has been erased- so we prefer to her as Madoka since it's easier-
"I know her name it's Ma-*static*-" I replied
"You can't say her name here since it doesn't exist- we only know Madoka- that person doesn't exist here" she replied
"They have been erased? -will they be gone forever?" I replied
"Yes, but she will still be there when you go back" she replied
"Ugh- I can't wait until she doesn't exist" I replied
"Well, she isn't entirely gone- her personality has changed, and her soul has fully fused with her character-but the one you knew is gone-" she replied
"So, they aren't the same anymore- what's different about them?" I asked
"Well, they don't really care about anyone and only care about sex" she replied
"I- they became me?'' I replied
"Yes- you and them switched places- they were supposed to become a demon and have a child- but that happened to you instead- because of how much guilt you felt, and we had made you do that- because of our guilty conscience- we gave it to you, and we didn't really like them"
"So- because- I felt guilty and almost killed myself - Levi was given to me and a child?" I replied
"Yep-but it's too bad that- Leiath dies- but you'll still be able to talk with her- in the next reset" she replied
"Reset? so everything will start over?" I replied
"Yes, so your actions can be erased- like it never happened-" she replied
"Will I still remember it?" I asked
"Not everything-or at least it's supposed to be erased from your memory- but- you will still hold on to it-but remember it wasn't real" she replied
"That doesn't help I know it wasn't real but the pain he felt was real- and I was the one who caused it even from the beginning-" I replied
"I'm sorry daddy-feelings are complex- I only understand the simple ones like happiness or sadness or anger-" she replied
"You knew I was distressed" I replied
"Well, I know what it is and can feel it doesn't mean I completely understand it- I just know it's bad and I don't want you feel like that- that's why I gave you some joy-though it was only temporary" she replied
"I'm glad you did but you didn't have to sacrifice your own happiness for me-" I replied
"I know- but I don't like seeing you like that- or feeling those things-" she replied
"You can feel what I'm feeling?" I replied
"Yes- I can feel how others feel but I don't have any of my own" she replied
"You do have your own feelings I can tell- you care about me- don't you?" I replied
"So, caring is wanting you to not feel those awful things I'm feeling?" she replied
"Yes, that's empathy- you hold it deep in you- and you have your own happiness-" I replied
"Mhm- seeing you and mommy made me happy- it's too bad they're gone now-" she replied
"What do you mean they're gone?" I replied
"Well, this world no longer exists- but I'm still a part of it- I was able to connect with you because-
my world was once yours-" she replied
"Because you're from the future-" I replied
"Yeah- but don't worry we'll see each other again-" she replied
Then everything went dark again
