The real power of the Legion

The city's watchtowers shot bolts of turquoise blue light that struck the spectre's chest. The creature stumbled and growled as if it hadn't liked the attack at all. Bolts of purple electricity gathered in his chest, as if recharging an impending attack.

"What is it doing?" Igneous asked, eyes wide. Hiding with the others.

Alya didn't want to answer, looking away, as if it was difficult for her to answer that question.

Elian answered instead of her. "There are few things that can break the protective barrier of cities. And one of those things is a spectre's attack."

The monstrous creature roared and BOOM! A ball of purple lightning flew at high speed against the wall of energy that protected the eastern part of the city.

As the ball of electricity impacted, turquoise sparks flew. And in the energy dome remained a huge hole with jagged edges.

"It opened a breach!" One of the soldiers on the wall yelled. "It opened a crack!"
