Wyatt’s POV
With Priscilla back, the house seemed brighter than it had the past week. Wyatt would often find her talking with Robin while he stained decking or patched various holes left by the other shifters. Or she’d be on the porch with Oriana while the hybrid practiced guitar.
Sometimes she’d get back in from a jog or the home gym after working out with Edgar. It was such a drastic difference from the first few weeks she’d been staying with him, locked in her room and buried in her thoughts.
Her comfort even reflected in what she wore. She no longer seemed ashamed of her scars. In fact, his pack seemed mesmerized by them, always asking her how she got them. At first, Wyatt wanted to intervene, tell them to mind their own business, but Priscilla didn’t seem bothered at all.
