Landon leans closer, "Green? Blue? Or both? Gosh those eyes." He smiles at himself.
I swallow hard my saliva down my throat and I don’t think I am breathing properly. I feel like my nose is congested and I can’t breathe properly.
"Mommy, why do people you know always look at my eyes?" Ben looks up at me. “It’s creepy.”
I smile at his question. “I think because your eye color is rare.” I bluffed.
Sometimes I ask myself why my son is such a genius and why he is so good at analyzing things around him just through observing. I wonder why Hugo gave me a smart boy because there are time when it's hard to lie to him.
"Uncle Ned also said that." Ben adds.
Oh shit.
I take a deep breath in and exhale as soon as I saw Landon’s eyes widened as his eyebrows shoots up, "Did you mean Ned Hall?” He asks.
“I don’t know his last name but I know he owns Spiced Chai.” Ben answers.
Christ Ben, can you please don’t talk too much about things?
